Went to Stetson Hills location and never got my food, had to get a refund. Which took almost a week bc the manager wasn't available when I was. They also only have 1 person running it. So tried this location to see if they were better. Awful ? paid xtra for Extra meat and cheese got two pieces of ham one piece cheese.. cold cut combo was all bologna.. this place has definitely gone down the drain ? and won't answer phone to have have it fixed. Subway used to have good service and food, not anymore. Seems like customer service in food industry in general has declined.

Asked for extra lettuce for an online order and recieved no lecture on all three sandwiches. Missed half of the items that were added to them as well. Disappointing and low quality service. They don't even answer the phone when you try to call to get the order fixed.

Regardless of the negative reviews, I had a great experience. I went to subway today looking for a healthy delicious alternative and this definitely hit the spot. As I walked in though, the employees didn’t seem thrilled to make my sandwich, to be expected for fast food workers. But they generally made a good effort making my sandwich. The price of my sandwich was a great value of 8$ which I felt was worth it for a footlong. I found a seat pretty easily as the restaurant was empty, it was clean too.On the topic of food, it was extremely fresh and filling. I got a Footlong on white bread, with ham, provolone, and vegetables. All the ingredients tasted phenomenal, and it was generally healthy. At around 500-600 calories, with 50 grams of protein.Overall I’d definitely recommend this subway for fresh and healthy food. I’ll be returning!

Have never had any issues with orders here before until tonight. Ordered abreast sandwich which is supposed to have 1/2 lb of meat. Not even close. Very disheartened ?.

Third time I’ve gone to this location. It’s been great. Subs made well, veggies and meat are fresh. Bread is well made. I always order online and it’s ready upon arrival.

The guy at the register was killing it but his co worker...not so much. I believe she was new which totally makes it understanble but I watched that man make 6 sandwiches by himself why she wipes down counters and talked to him about how large the order she was about to have to do was. The place was perfect I just felt bad for him.

Called numerous times to adjust an order but no one picked up. Rang for 10+ minutes. Also, past online orders have been 15+ minutes past the stated 'ready by' time consistently.

.... First I went through the drive-thru but I couldn't get close enough to the speaker to order so I had to park and go in..... I got the sandwich I ordered and when I got home the bread fell apart..... it was overly dry.... The crust stuck to my hand..... I was disappointed....?

Have had my share of Subway around town.. Quick.. Easy.. You know what you are getting.. Having said that - there are two locations in the Springs I go to consistently.. This one on Dalby Dr and the location at Rangewood and Woodmen.. These two stand out.. Ok Ok.. The one in Fountain too - but I’ve only been there once.. Anyhoo.. These stores have always done me right.. On the rare occasion my order wasn’t perfection - they made it perfect.. and we hit Subway about once every other week.. Thank you!! <3

I ordered a salad and all they gave me was a cold bowl of meat and sauce. And this isnt the first time this happened. Also everyone I order a toasted sandwich it always come older then ice and I literally live down the street from them

We went to this location on November 7, 2023 at dinner time. When we arrived there was only one single employee in the shop. He had been left to run the drive thru, counter and internet orders all by himself. There was a line out the door, a line of cars in the drive thru and orders for door dash. That poor employee couldn't keep up and customers were driving off without their food. This is unacceptable. No employee should be left to run an entire shop on their own. I felt so bad for that poor kid. The owner of that shop should be ashamed of themselves. The employee was pleasant and made our order perfectly and even smiled at us. He really was the only redeeming thing about our experience. We waited 45 minutes for our sandwiches to be made, the lettuce was brown and wilted, so we skipped it. The owner should know they probably lost hundreds of dollars in sales because they didn't properly staff their store. Poor business and management. Awesome kid who made our sandwiches deserves a huge raise. Honestly, he should quit and find a place to work where he is appreciated and treated like a human.
