Went in to get a new phone for my husband because he broke his. The guy that was working with me was a little bit rude or seem like he didn’t want to be at work. I was pacific what kind of phone my husband wanted. I paid all the fees I had to. The guy just gave me the phone and left without trying to help me set it up. I ended up having to go to a different store to get a SIM card when I realize that the phone didn’t have any service.

I have been a customer for a little over 1 year. I dropped my phone and tried to use the insurance I pay t-moble for. The insurance company denied the claim with no response as to why. T-mobile told me basically to buy a new phone or pay out of pocket. $500 later my phone is fixed. I requested they pay me back for the service they charge for and don't provide. They only offered a 1 money refund of $18. It is fraud to charge for a service you can't provide. I'd like others that have this issue to comment and if I get enough people, I'd like to start a law suit against this company for fraud. I don't recommend this company unless you have no other choice

I bought TMobile service for a phone and wireless router. The wireless router never ever once worked. I repeatedly went back to the store that sold me that POS. They said call customer service. Customer service says take it back to the store. The store said, call customer service. This store keeps charging me for the router wireless service. I've been to the store multiple times. They were supposed to fix my account but I continue to be charged for equipment that doesn't work. If you sign anything with TMobile, good luck being treated like a valuable customer, cause they are terrible! So this morning I call TMobile customer service. Their crappy automated customer service system repeatedly hangs up without notice. The automated voice starts to talk and stops mid sentence. So whatever I'm supposed to do is never explained. Worst cell phone service I've ever had.

Even though the issue involves customer service over the phone, Van took care of me while inside the store. Very patient and great service. I'll be back to this location if need be. Thanks!

I went into this Southgate location and was promised a lower rate and two new iphones to switch from Verizon. The on site rep, Brooke M. moved (ported) me over from Verizon and THEN told me she could not honor the two new phones she promised. I called and emailed her supervisor Brandon C. who never returned the call or email. This was a very bad customer experience. I am back with Verizon after a lot of work and happy to be back!

Today I was assisted by brook with a broken phone matter. I was already pretty tight and Brook really helped make me feel at ease and really broke down what the plan would be in a high classy matter. I realized you don’t come across authentic ppl like herself to often in the springs and I didn’t take it for granted and thanked her for such great customer service! You rock Brook!

Arrived 20 minutes before 8pm. No one greeted us as they were with other customers and they took until 8:15pm to say they couldn't help us. This was a waste of my time. I won't go back to this store again. They could have said they can't help us after 8 and let us go home instead of saying it after we waited 35 minutes.
