Title: Frustrating Billing DiscrepanciesReview:We signed up with T-Mobile after receiving what seemed like a competitive quote for our monthly plan. However, since day one, we've been facing an ongoing issue with our monthly statement. The promised price and the actual bill consistently differ, with our statement consistently showing $35 more than what we were initially quoted.The most concerning part of this experience is the lack of resolution from customer service. Despite numerous attempts to address the problem, they seem unable or unwilling to help us resolve this billing issue.since May, we've contacted T-Mobile several times and, on occasion, received credits due to their acknowledged errors. While we appreciate the effort to correct past mistakes, the fact that this problem persists is quite frustrating and disappointing.We value transparency and reliability in our mobile service provider, and this ongoing billing issue has made it challenging to trust T-Mobile's billing practices. We hope that T-Mobile takes this feedback seriously and works towards a permanent solution to ensure accurate billing for its customers.

Score should be a negative 5.At this point I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the "sales pitch" I got from "JOE." He assured us, many times (and we even have him stating it on a video we shot with our phone!) that our bill would be around $150. Since he was so confident, and repeated his claim so many times and we have it on video, we believed him. Our billing information at this point says we will owe $238! I will use a flip phone from another company before this bill gets paid.

Ryan was an absolute delight to conduct business with! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and had us in and out in no time. Answered all questions and explained things thoroughly. He made the process of getting a new phone and upgrading our service seamless and was an overall awesome and helpful employee!

Swapped over from Verizon and have a bit better service here in CO. However, the customer service I have received at this location is absolutely subpar. Employees are giving promotions they aren't authorized to give. I received a faulty watch that was over heating due to sensors and they tell me to go get it serviced at first and after push back they order me a pre owned to replace it. That doesn't make sense? I bought a new watch from T Mobile and it was faulty... therefore, I should receive a new one. I do not recommend this location or T Mobile if the customer service is of this quality. If I would've known this was going to be the experience, I would've stayed with Verizon..
