Ok! Time to say something. This use to be my go to store very efficient and helpful with what you need. I go in last night at 6pm and the number one thing on ladies mind is they are closing a hour earlier at 7pm. Felt my money was not important to take. Then I go into today and nice guy went to go look for a phone that lady told me last night they had and in stock and I think he honestly forgot about me waiting?! Finally I left. Just like everywhere else t mobile customer service is going downhill. I handle my stuff online ordering.

Kayla from the S Academy store needs trained on customer service that should include learning how to deal with attitude , friendliness. Just because one person's having a bad day doesn't mean everyone has to . A smile and a positive attitude can go a long way especially with understand I'm not going to push it with asking for patients because that's everyone these days . But if you decide to work somewhere especially with so much employee to customer interaction maybe you should practice and act with customer service .

Big, big shout out to Jose, Josh, and Alan!! I have been a long-time T-MOBILE customer (20+ years), and they never disappoint me.. let's start with the angry customer who made a major fuss over her, breaking her phone.. the associate was calm and understanding, explaining different options as well as why things could not be completed. During that time, NEVER did the associate become rude or nasty. Then last week I had to get my youngest daughter's phone upgraded and decided to order mine. Today, I went in to get my new phone transferred over and ended up getting my oldest's phone upgraded and to replace my dad's. These guys are patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and just up front gentlemen/women. Any issues or questions, no matter how small or large, they answered them all and even dumbed down the answer so I could understand. I have never had a bad experience, whether in store or on the phone, and that is why I stay with T-MOBILE. They are always watching my account and let me know of all the promotions and offers that could benefit me. Keep up the good work and great service!! Kudos to you guys!!

I came into the store Friday 8/25 around 5:00ish to see about a potential replacement for my phone.I was quickly told by the representative“I had to pay $250 for an insurance claim and I couldn’t use AppleCare since I went to T-Mobile”.She then proceeded to tell me that “since it was after five on Friday, my claim probably wouldn’t be processed until Monday anyway”So I threw a poor attitude right back her way and left with my phone. Oh and it’s important to note - She was completely wrong and tried to rip me off.I’m posting this from my new phone I got for $99 from the Briargate Apple Store due to having AppleCare - get AppleCare and avoid the terrible employee experience of T-Mobile.Honestly considering switching providers at this point.

Went in to see about upgrading my phone and the lady there had a bad attitude and didn't seem like she really wanted to help. Went another location and that staff was very helpful and caring and answered all of our questions and concerns and was very friendly. We will never go to this store ever again

Never coming to this location again. We needed a new SIM card but the rep refused to assist us because she couldn’t pull my husbands information on her end and send us to METRO PCS. Metro of course couldn’t assist because naturally our account was not with them. Metro called T-MOBILE and the female rep stated that she did not know how we ended up in the metro store and that they wouldn’t attend us because they were short staffed. We ended up going to the Southgate location and Van was amazing!!

It’s More than frustrating working with a team that swears they are here to help, when I’m reality they don’t. T-Mobile has been over charging me for months and when you have an issue things don’t get resolved. AT&T is much cheaper ?
