This store is full of crooks. We were lied to on multiple occasions as far as our plan and add on’s like our smart watches. Tatiana and Ashley pulled a bait and switch on us and even though we had proof with voice recordings of them lying and admitting to being dishonest, Ashley and the regional manager told us that they couldn’t do anything about it and we would just have to deal with it. Tatiana did not know what she was talking about and changed our “promotions” multiple times as she was as feeding us wrong information.We called T-mobile customer service many times to try to fix the issue and they all said they would have a manager call us but we never got a call back.They will steal your money and lock you into a contract!T-Mobile is a sleazy company with dishonest employees and I highly recommend not choosing them as your phone service.

Went to this store with a product return. The instructions were on a letter they had sent me. The instructions said to return to a store. I walk in and tell the guy and he says that they don't do it there r any other store.

customer service has fallen off a cliff with no remedy in sight. I have full warranty on my phone, they won't fix it, told me to go to best buy. Purchased 2 extra watches and they couldn't get the 2nd line activated. Came back to follow up and they sold the watches while one was activated to me. They had to call to cancel activation and reactivate it. Plus had to order the extra one and wait again. Both times were grueling wait times. I did witness a walk out from a dude that said he was going to verizon. I think VERIZON might be a better option. The staff is incompetent .

Worse experience EVER with a communications provider. Signed up for a global plan after activating new service which was unreliable overseas. Right after we subscribed, the company had a major national data breach which impacted our entire online. The security problem has never resolved. No apologies from T-Mobile. Then the corporate business strategy changed, and suddenly they demanded direct access to bank accounts, which of course proved to risky given their poor security. So we changed providers, and requested a final bill, which was paid in full on time. Months later we received another bill that was disputed, to no avail. My experience wth T-Mobile's corporate customer support was unbelievable, start to finish.

We were 1200 mile' from home visiting when my wife's cell phone stopped working. Thank God for Google that got us to the store. The girl, very intelligent, very professional, new right away what problem was: the SIM card died. She replaced it, and it worked perfectly. And she wouldn't charge for it either, or her time. I wanted to tip her, but she refused that toooooo!! God bless this wonderful girl ( my wife and I told her how beautiful she looked because she really is). And God bless T-Mobile. Thank so much!

Tatiana was great! A young woman who grew up here in Colorado Springs, she is knowledgeable and patient; she worked through two iPhone and two Apple Watch transfers for me. Very happy with her customer service and my mobile plan.

3 stars for TMobile and their company antics, and 5 stars for Ryan. He was amazing and patient with all my questions. The company TMobile is a different story. Since taking over Sprint and being a previous Sprint member for decades (almost 20 years) going to t-mobile has been less than stellar. I can't express enough how understanding and patient Ryan was while we contemplated on adding another line or switching companies altogether. Thank you again Ryan.
