This Target is usually disappointing, items often out of stock, messy, only one or two registers open, etc. Today, especially so; there is not one regular check out lane open, just three self check outs. My vision isn't the greatest, so I prefer regular check out, but that's not even an option today.

Did online order with drive-up pickup. Very easy to navigate the app, and the store had all the products I ordered. Service was prompt, and the employee was friendly and efficient bringing the items out. Very happy with this and will use again!

Clean. Fast and friendly service! I went in for a few items and this was truly one of the cleanest Targets I've visited.

I love this target for so many different reasons. Parking is easy, the store is kept clean and it's huge. You can shop for clothes, toiletries or food. The staff keeps everything in order and they are always super nice. This target has a pretty large toy selection and I always find what i'm looking for. My only complaint would be that the shoe department has been super messy the last two times I visited.. so I didn't even attempt to look at shoes because every box was out of order and it was more of a headache to try to search for my size. I do recommend their frozen section, they have frozen maduros which are hard to find in other grocery stores. This is definitely my target of choice in town.

I am writing this review for all the Target's in CO. Springs. Target needs to fix their coupon application badly. You can go in take your time shopping and get to the register, and you buy the exact thing on the coupon and when they go to scan the coupon the computer register will not accept it. I now tell them to give me my coupon back and void the item and I go to Wal Mart to use the coupon. I am not going to waste your time telling you what all happened after I checked out and my coupons did not come off and I had to wait for the person to quit checking out the next person so I could get my coupons back so I could go to the customer service where there were 6 people in line, so I could get it fixed. Can anything be more ridiculous? I am sick of this situation Target. I hope someone reads this. Please. The cash register person even threw the coupons in the trash, so this store would not even get compensated for taking the coupons. They sometimes want to adjust the price of the item instead of it showing up as a coupon. I do not like that, because I cannot see they took off the coupon amount. Then, the people in line behind you think you are the j*** for wanting your coupon off. I bought a white throw pillow, and they did not even have a bag to put it in. They were out of big bags. Also, very tired of Target having 20 or more registers with one open and a line of 6 people and then they have a ton of self checks. Well, sometimes you cannot go to self check. It happens when you have a coupon you want to use. Target is a mess.

This target used to be cool to shop at. But in recent months I am pretty much over the hype of target as a whole. Customer service is wack. And the order/pickup is a complete waste of time. If you want broken or lost product then come do your business here, because it's happened to me twice! Lol I live out of town so it isn't as easy to make it all the way to Colorado Springs to get the things I need. So now this business has messed with my time and my money.

I drove to this location to purposely look for this ice chest. It said they had two online. I finally asked for help. And KeelyAnn went to the back and found it for me. I so appreciate it. This is the second target I went to for the specific cooler. She was so nice and didn't make me feel like I was a pest. A happy cooler owner.

They've had a lot of issues in recent months with being out of stock of basic items. I've had multiple recent grocery trips where I was unable to find regular food items, including plain raw chicken breast, parsley, pizza sauce, and sweet potatoes, among other things. There are also a lot of empty shelves.

I use to love Target before other brick and mortar stores. But this target customer service is disappointing. I schedule a same day appointment online for an immunization shot. Thinking in real time once I arrive I expected to receive the vaccine. Approaching the pharmacy vacant counter a sign read basically ; "No appointment no injection". Okay I understand that. The tech behind the counter reiterates the sign. I confirmed I made the appointment for today. She researches the computer database and no luck. I said, not more than 20 minutes ago I made the appointment. She went back to ask the Pharmacist something. Mind you, no other customer where present. She returned and explained the Pharmacist had rejected any idea of giving me the shot. The tech mentioned to resubmit for an appointment. I look around no customers. The time it took to research the computer, ask the Pharmacist and return, could I've got a shot? Hmm, I said, no chance, not here. As a former health care front line worker, I find this operation disappointing in terms of patient care in these times of need. Good luck to those who trust in being served there.

First class operation. We went to this location after calling five places looking for a particular item. When we got there, the item wasn't on the shelf in any of the likely spots. Alex F and Isabell fell all over themselves turning the store inside out to find our item. Success and a remarkably good attitude from both of them. Many thanks!

I ordered 2 plastic storage containers. The website stated that in order to pick up the product at drive up, I had to create an account... so I did. It took several times with the same information before it finally let me create an account I received an email stating that it may take up to 5 hours to pick up my order. (This news was aggravating to me because I was cleaning a room and had all my files and had stacks of paperwork everywhere which is what I was wanting the plastic storage bins for.). It was still better news than the previous night, when I spent 2 1/2 hours on the Target app searching for the right size bin, placing the order to the point of payment, before being told that there were no parts of that type in stock. At least 4 different times this happened! One product even said "hurry only three left". So I ordered three. Nope, not in stock. So with today's order even though I had to wait five hours for them to pick up two bins which probably weighed a pound and a half combined and bring them to the front of the store, it was still better than papers all over my floor for another night. Guess what?? After four hours and 45 minutes, I got an email that said the product was no longer in stock. Even though I had received an email from target an hour before that said they were processing my order and it would be ready soon. I needed to find out whether they were processing my order or whether they were out of stock so I called their help line. The person that answered the phone said that he would call the store and he put me on hold. After 5 to 10 minutes he came back and said that they had the product in stock but they were not gonna bring it out. He said I would have to go to the store and go inside and search for it to get the items. Now, the reason I wanted to pickup the item outside in the first place was because I'm not only high risk for Covid but someone I know tested positive and I didn't want to expose anyone else if I was infected. Bottom line ... They refused to bring my two plastic bins to the drive up so they canceled my order and said that my money should be returned in around five days. If I wanted my refund sooner than that I would have to call my bank and stop payment. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INVENTORY CONTROL!!!! BTW, the app sucks too!

Let me start by saying, I Love Target...I hate this location. If I could give it zero stars I would! They are NEVER restocked. The staff NEVER knows when they are getting shipments, if things are available online, etc. This target really needs to up their game.

I love this Target location. It's so spacious and organized. I feel it's a lot cleaner than other locations and I can always find what I need. I'm very impressed with their produce section as items are always fresh and not molded or rotting on the shelf. Employees are also very friendly and are willing to provide assistance when needed.I also liked how their little concession/food area was open for business! Other locations still have this shut down because of the Covid crisis. This is a good example of the quality service they provide at this location.
