Live people answered the phone and clearly & simply answered my questions. The huge TV I ordered for the price of a 65" elsewhere arrived quickly and with no damage. (last year). Great service, great response.

These guys were great to work with. Here is what happened to me. I lost my Samsung Pro2 earbuds and saw them on Techforless on a Saturday afternoon, for a lot less than anywhere else. I left the computer for a few hours, and was automatically logged off,. So when I came back, I had to restart my browser and go back to the website. By mistake, I ordered and paid for Samsung Pro earbus, (Ist generation). That Sunday, I looked at the confirmation and realized my mistake. I then ordered the correct Pro2's. I wrote to customer service that Sunday and told them of my mistake and asked that my first order by canceled. On Monday, I received an email from Customer Service canceling my order. I was refunded in full. A couple of days later, I received my Pro2 earbuds. They were new and in a sealed box. So based on this experience, I would order from them again without hesitation.

Purchased an RTX 4090 from them recently and was very impressed. Listing was for an “open box” GPU. Everything was packaged like it was factory new and it runs flawlessly. Payed for expedited shipping and they expedited shipping and it arrived on time.

Ordered a $1,600 television from these guys in open box condition (Samsung The Frame). Got the television and get this, it's missing THE MAIN CABLE that makes the television work. And also the REMOTE CONTROL. Like, not insignificant things, these are things that are absolutely criticalThere's no excuse for these to be missing, but it's clear that nobody in their company is doing an ounce of quality controlThese guys are also unreachable on the weekend. I'm now out the cost of an installer since they made the trip to come install the TV, will have open walls for several days now until this gets rectified and I get the missing cableAt this point I'm concerned about these guys even supplying the missing items, either in a reasonable timeframe or potentially at all. Hence the "borderline" scam. Will keep folks posted, but as the saying goes "What's cheap ends up being expensive"

Prices are good. Selection is ok. Customer service is the worst anywhere around. My wife went ahead a purchased the laptop there because it was in stock and we needed it for our home business but she went somewhere else to buy the accessories that we needed since the guy there was so rude and acted like he was being put out to wait on us. We will never be back and we are telling all our friends, family, and anyone else that wants to listen to differently go SOMEWHERE ELSE to spend their money!!!!

Well...glad I bought this on a credit card so I can dispute it. Been trying for weeks to get through to customer service by telephone. Although the recording fails to specify the time zone, I know they close at 4...,so I'm sure to time my call well within that deadline, no matter what time zone. Still nothing but an endless loop of music.Purchased a TV right after Christmas. It arrived via FedEx in a badly damaged box. The TV did not show any external signs of damage, but it became obvious after I plugged it in...the screen was damaged internally. Trouble is...FedEx needs the shipper (Tech for Less) to file the claim. And since they don't answer, I get to have this paperweight in my dining room for weeks. Initially I thought I'd just seek a replacement but after wasting so much time on hold, with no resolution, I had no choice but to file an Amex dispute.I would never do business with this company again, but if you choose to do so, I would strongly advise paying by credit card instead of debit. You'll have a much easier time getting an immediate credit on your account. The only downside is having to retain the damaged mdse and box throughout the investigation.

I do not recommend purchasing anything from tech for less. I purchased a 730 dollar piece of equipment and after installation it became faulty. This happened about 30 days after install. I contacted tech for less and they stated they would replace, repair or refund me depending on what I wanted. They were very helpful with this due to the fact it was out of the refund policy date. We removed the product and packaged it up properly and used the shipping label that tech for less sent at no charge. Here is where things went wrong. The product was placed in our loading dock for pickup and somehow got placed on a shelf next to the dock and never sent. I realized the issue after I looked at the shipping information because I had heard nothing from tech for less on the return. The item had not been picked up so I placed it back on the loading bay and verified it was picked up. Tech for less received the product about two months ago. I never heard anything from them so I contacted them to find out my item had been destroyed and trashed due to it being outside of the return window. I am fine with this whole process with the exception of trashing my product. I never received an email, phone call or anything. I told the lady on the phone that this was unacceptable and I needed to speak to someone higher up. I was told the manager would call me the next day to which he didn’t. I contacted them today and guess who answered the manager. I stated who it was and the issue and straight from the start he was unwilling to help at all. He stated that I was out of luck since the product had already been trashed. I was not nice at this point and very unprofessional. I admitted fault to both employees and I totally understand not fixing my unit but I cannot understand how a company would destroy a product without any notification. I then asked for proof the device had been destroyed and I was told the unit came in destroyed. I am not sure why anyone would accept a destroyed package unless it wasn’t destroyed. I then said again to send me proof and low and behold the destroyed unit shows up in this persons office. I then said to send it to me and I would be glad to pay the shipping and offered to even repay them for the label they sent me. I was then told “ I know your going to pay you will absolutely pay”. I was again unprofessional due to the way this was said to me and I hung up. They even said I was trying to scam them. I realized at this point that it didn’t matter if was truly destroyed or not it was probably going to come in destroyed since they wouldn’t send me pictures when originally asked. I am not asking for money, I’m not asking for it to be fixed all I’m asking for is proof It was destroyed. I acknowledged my wrong doings in shipping this unit back but I never imagined that a business would destroy someone else’s property without at least trying to touch base with the customer. Very bad business and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. If the company would like to reach out to me and have a civil conversation and try to come up with a solution I’d be more than happy to talk and remove my post if not I have this saved and will repost every time it’s taken down.

First time buyer.Everything went well. Easy to find what I wanted, and order it. No shipping fee. Reasonably priced. ($25 at Tech For Less, when everyone else was charging $30 for the identical item.)Would recommend to others.

Cancelled order right after it shipped. Tech for less charged a $680. Restocking fee and a $200. Return shipping fee. This is for a brand new unopened television. Lesson learned.

Easy ordering online! Ordered a cover for an older iPad.However, I ordered the item as a guest rather than start an account!So after I get the confirmation email of my order I decided to go online and set up an online account.In the area that says to tap here if you want to start an account I tapped on ‘create an account’! NOTHING HAPPENED!! NADA!What wrong with your website? When I get this straightened out I’ll give a better review. And if I can’t start an account soon, I’m not coming back to order!!I’ve many times started an account on a website after I ordered something and never a problem as I’ve had here. I’ve tried 6 times now. And don’t even try to tell me it’s my iPhone. It’s not!!

Had my doubts buying an expensive 75" outdoor TV open box from TechForLess. But product is same as buying from Samsung, Amazon or big box retailer and big discount. Happy that I took the risk.
