Went in for an Amazon return with the box Amazon/UPS delivered it in and they would not accept the box. it was in. The lady required us to buy a box for $25 to return the item back to Amazon when it was the same box they had delivered it in. Very annoying and completely unnecessary.Also the location is in front of the stop sign to get in and out of the Shopping Center on the King. Soopers gas station side so it has a lot of traffic. and. not easy to get in and out of.

Rudest UPS store I have ever been to. Rude, slow, and inefficient. Ask for notary service, and was met with a rude response. Awful customer service, they forget we keep their business afloat. Hope this place shutters since there are plenty other stores we can use in town. No sense of pride nor understanding that we can take our dollars elsewhere.

I’m so frustrated with UPS AND THIS store. I paid $80 2 weeks ago for a package to be delivered for Christmas to grandkids. They say it shows delivered but they did not get it. I’m waiting on manager (Murali) to call me back. UPS is not supposed to leave it at the door if nobody is home- especially when I paid extra for insurance but apparently they did. I’m hoping I get the money back quickly and that won’t be a hassle. Now my family has no Christmas gifts from us and it’s very last minute to send anything. The man who answered was very rude to me when I called back. I will avoid this store at all costs!!

UPS the most frustrating and impossible delivery service to work with. If a package requires a signature, they refuse to leave it on the front porch even if I get on my security camera and give them permission to leave it. They won’t take a signed piece of paper with an ID photocopy. They give you a four hour window of delivery during a time that normal people are working and then don’t let you change the delivery time to a time that actually works. Unbelievably terrible service.

I waited in line for 30 minutes and when I got to the front they said my already boxed item had to go in another box to ship. no other help, they just told me they can’t ship until I put a my boxed item into another box. They’ll probably tell me to put my double boxed item into another box when I return. Terrible customer service.

By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a UPS store. Unfortunately this store is closest or I would go somewhere else. Almost every visit is met with rude customer service and the feeling they don’t want to be there.

Never met a more rude employee then the employees here. They don’t say hello, they don’t say thank you, they just scan your items and hand the receipt to you. maybe you should take a look at why your employees are so unhappy. This morning they didn’t even open the door until 807 when the sign said they opened at eight. They never even greet you to let you know that the door is unlocked you just have to keep trying it and guessing to see when they have unlocked it from the back.

I'll start this review by saying I don't know how UPS delivery drivers operate, if they work out of a certain store. I'll assume they do. At least others who have deliveries made by this man in my area NEED to be aware of him and his behavior.So the situation is that I opened my front door to go outside not realizing the ups driver was turning the corner of my driveway at the same time. My dog, who is incredibly vocal but wags his tail at the same time, runs out barking but stays a reasonable distance away from the driver. I ran out of the house apologizing, saying he won't attack you, he's only barking. As I made my way between the two finishing that sentence, the driver smiled and began pushing the package he was delivering against my dogs face. By this point I was a little bit speechless and only reached between them, even though my dog was not moving any closer to the driver. The driver then began hitting my dog in the face with the package he was holding.At that point I was close enough to intervene and pull my dog behind me and protected from blows. I told him not to ever hit my dog again and to leave my property. He threw my package on the ground and walked back towards his truck and stood there saying he was going to call the police. I said so am I and reiterated that he needed to leave. He just stood there for about a minute while I demanded he leave and he did nothing. When I began to record him, you can still see him smiling, enjoying the situation as I again tell him to leave. This time, being recorded, he leaves.After speaking with the police multiple times, I was made aware that the driver seen here smiling, in no fear, in no way having any negative response except psychopathy, demanded that the humane society be contacted about my aggressive dog attacking him.My dog at no point attacked this man. I write this review as a dog lover. I'm writing this review for others on this psychopaths route who have dogs. This man will attack your dog and attempt to have your dog euthenized for barking at him. This man is not mentally fit enough for a position that requires him to walk onto people's property and interact with the loved ones therein.

I went in to return an Amazon package today, the lady at the counter was clearly not having a good day. She just stood there looking at me, so I initiated the dialog and told her I was making a return. She then grabbed the box out of my hand and said don't you have your scan code ready yet? I was just waiting for my phone to get service which only took about 15-20 seconds. I didn't want to react so asked her how her day was going instead, she abruptly answered too busy. When we were finished, I wished her a nice evening and got nothing in return. I was very disappointed with the service received and will drive out of my way to use a different store in the future. It's unfortunate that she dislikes her job so much.

We went in to mail some packages that had prepaid shipping. The label email we received said we had to print them on a thermal printer. The girl at the counter said their thermal printer didn't work but printed them on regular paper. Only after she gave us the label printed on regular paper did she tell us there would be a charge for using their printer. Had we known she would be charging for printing out the labels, we would have just printed them ourselves. Very shady.

Marsha was helpful even though I was running late. I arrived about ten minutes before closing but was still able to get my package sent. She even remembered to give me a receipt! Great UPS customer service!

Avoid this disaster of location. They are not just super slow, they have a very unkind and unpleasant attitude towards each and every customer like each and everyone of us are inconveniencing them by bringing our packages to this location. And then they even have the audacity to be offended when you question why the scale isn’t at 0.00 before packaging is even placed. With a snide response of it doesn’t cost dollars more it isn’t a big deal. Well actually every cent counts and that’s one way to rip people small but with no remorse of their action or willingness to correct the situation. Overall they are worse than having to deal with the post office ! Just go somewhere else and save your time and money from these scamming rude people.

If you need anything sent next day, I would implore you to use FedEx or USPS. I was guaranteed next day delivery (and paid for that service) and in tracking the package the next day I saw it was delayed. The package is now scheduled for delivery FOUR days after I sent it. Not next day delivery that they guaranteed. Now I am out $40 and the package won't be received on-time which now create a whole other mess I am currently dealing with. Won't be using UPS again.
