Honestly I usually don't come too often to home depot. But! From the few times I've gone with my husband he's always found what he needed with ease. Are the prices a bit high. Yes. Such is life every where I suppose.

trucking company arrived to say they couldn't install bought refrigerator due to water turnoff wasnt available and they couldn't do that. Refrigerator was in the truck but they toook it back to the store. Attitude of the deliverer was horrible. Look for another store to buy from. Home depot didn't tell us to watch the online video. We DID go through the checklist that was on the receipt. NOWHERE on the receipt does it say to make sure that you MUST watch the online video. Recommend going with a different store. The out sourcing for delivery for Home Depot is HORRIBLE. Go with a different store.

Rented a carpet cleaner from here and got home to find out it was broken and leaked water all over my dining room floor. I called to talk to someone to get this situation sorted and the people in the tool rental department are super rude, hung up on me multiple times just trying to get ahold of someone and when I finally got ahold of some man he responds with "yeah sure bring it in" and then hung up on me again. Just got to Lowe's. Very poor costumer service.

05/16/23 = Home Depot Store #1504 located at 102 N. Academy blvd. 80909. My name is Sharon McGee and on 05/15/23 I went to Home Depot ready to go shopping for floor mats 3x5 for a LOW price of only $21.97 each and I had $300 to spend but could NOT figure out the TAXES of how many mats I could buy and NOT go over my $300 budget for that day. A cashier at Customer Service name: Ala aka: Ms. Alondra said to me, no worries I can help you and she immediately took out her pen and paper and figured out that I could buy 12 mats for $288 or 13 mats for a lil over $300. THAT was such a RELIEF because no one likes to shop stressed but Alondra relieved that stress by doing the math for me, yeh!!! I ended up purchasing 14 mats that day, yeh!!! and Ms. Alondra rang up the purchase and Ms. Daya loaded up my car with 14 hugeeee and HEAVY mats, she is soooo kind and strong, wow! I went home soooooo happy from my shopping experience with Home Depot and NEVER ONCE did I feel Less Than for not being able to figure out the math... instead I felt sooooo relieved that Home Depot was there for me and hired Ala to do the math for me and made shopping FUN, and RELAXING in their well-lit, spacious and exceptionally CLEAN store!!! I was met with a greeting and a joyful willingness to HELP me and that's the LEVEL of EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER service we customers look for and keep coming BACK for! Great job Home Depot #1504. The Manager on duty Mr. Nick K. was VERY helpful and kind also with a smile on his face, always willing to help as I talked to him about Ms. Ala: his exceptionally KIND, PROFESSIONAL and HELPFUL employee and Ms. Daya who was sooo kind to stop what she was doing to load up my 14 HEAVYYYY large floor mats IN my car, she is sooo strong to be so young, wow! Sharon McGee in Colorado Springs.

A couple nights ago I bought 3 bolts and put them in the bag they provide in that dept plus I grabbed a can of spray paint. Went up to the cashiers and she asked if I wanted to buy a bag. Buy a bag. I mentioned that the world is going crazy. Then she lit into me about how "we" need to save the earth! I am 68 and remember hippies were going to save the world with guitar music too... This young gal is brainwashed and did not notice I had a bag with bolts in it and it would hold the spray paint easily. This time I mean it when I say The World Is Going Crazy.

Crap service. Crap app. Save your time and frustration and go to LOWES at N. Academy. HD is just a mile from my house and I'm done trying to do business here. Ordered products for curbside pickup and they lost the order after I got there and it was a half hour getting straightened out. More than a half hour. Bad signage for pickup location. App crashed three times setting the parking spot number. Turns out it needs a leading zero 03 instead of just 3. Signs do not have a leading zero. Mans when the items were finally brought to car the dude just walked away and left the cart by the truck. Etc. Juvenile problems point to bad management. Bad attitude with everyone I encountered.

Equipment not working properly, corporate policies, very poor customer service. Definitely taking my rental business to Bills tool rental or All Rental in Colorado Springs. Gonna shop at Lowe’s or other hardware stores when possible.

My stove went out. Ordered a new one at Home Depot. The service was excellent! A special thanks to Dylan, Adrian, and Rusty RT60 for the exceptional delivery and quick setup.

My husband and I ordered 4 new appliances. This is what happened. 1) Microwave was removed and hauled off BUT they left hardware and a mess behind so we had to fix the hardware they left so we could install the new microwave. 2) They struggled so hard to get the refrigerator in (after my husband had offered twice to take the door off) they dinged it all up - ultimately having to take the door off. 3) Stove - ugh. They didn't bring the correct size fitting that was needed so they left it. I mean it is Home damn Depot so you'd think they could go get the fitting - especially when the installation supervisor came out but no. I have a plumber coming out Friday. So I'll only be without a stove for a week. Wtf. 4) Dishwasher - they couldn't haul off the old dishwasher because the shut off valve under the sink leaked. Nope! They just didn't turn it off all the way. I spent 5 hours trying to get everything straightened out and wound up with a gift card to Home Depot for $150. I'm trying to decide if I should use it for a coaster or a bookmark. When I called the plumber, the dispatcher said she gets tons of Home Depot installation calls. Moral of the story - DONT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT - unless you hate yourself.

Sat. We bought a new fridge from them, got it home and it is defective! It doesn't work! We talked to the Manager Michele Lelani and she blew us off. First she said she'd have the defective fridge picked up and have the appliance dept. call to work out the details of a replacement. They never called. Monday we call and talk to the assistant manager and a salesperson in appliances to find that there is nothing on order for us. The person who was supposed to have called lied to them and said he left a voicemail. Total fabrication. Then we find our they don't even have the 1 we want in stock and can't get 1 for some time. They are supposed to pick up the defective fridge tomorrow but we still have no verification. Meanwhile we had not fridge so we bought 1 one Lowes and it was delivered today (1 day!).

Jessica, the red hair Hispanic woman with her name written on her apron in rainbow colors, is the rudest POS I have ever met in customer service. I just wanted to find out how I can get my dryer, which is less than a year and a half old fixed, it crapped out, so don't buy stuff from Home Depot. If I were her manager I would fire myself for hiring that POS.

They couldn't rent me indoor scaffolding as it wasn't in their rental system. Told me to come back next day as a more experienced person would be working. Showed up at 630 AM and the more seasoned person, who wasn't wearing a mask, told me he couldn't rent it because it wasn't in the system. I was the one to suggest renting me outdoor and I would just use the the indoor. I was told no and to have a nice day. He then turned and resumed Ho's conversation with another employee.

I'm a normal dude who is trying DIY to save money. So when my septic system backs up I need a place like this to help me rent the right equipment. Well it didn't happen and they charged me for it. I explained my situation to them and they rented me a electric roto-rooter. Well it was intended for a different amount of voltage than a typical wall outlet and I discovered it didn't work right after driving 1.5 hours to my home in the mountains. The equipment doesn't come with any instructions than specify that and it was not even talked about when I rented the equipment. So I drove all the way back and they refused to refund me and only said I could rent another unit with the correct plug in. (Plug ins look the exact same mind you) Thanks for the improper direction and wasting my money. If you are going to rent tools to people who don't have knowledge about certain things like voltage requirements then you need to make sure they get the right tool.
