I came back from Labor Day weekend and planned to store my RV here for a month at the most. 2 days after parking here I received a call stating that my RV was gone. I could not believe what I was hearing. After 2 days at a secured storage someone stole a $40 000 RV right out from underneath their nose. Unbelievable!!! If you want your stuff stolen this is the place for you!!!! The facility has camera footage and they are refusing to show it to us stating they can only show it to the police. They are completely uncaring and callous about the whole situation. I am so disgusted by their attitude. I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to store your items if you ever want to see them again.

I wish I could give these guys 10 stars! Jeff is amazing, effective and a really nice guy! I needed a storage today and my experience from beginning to end was the best service I have ever had. I called a number and got a woman who was so nice and really effective and she helped me find Smart Space. I am so grateful for her assistance! When I reserved and booked Jeff was a true blessing and went over everything with me perfectly! I HIGHLY recommend this storage facility! It is clean and well laid out too!

Storage unit had wasp nest outside the door. As i looked around I noticed quite a few units had wasp nests at the corner of the doors. Overall cleanliness was poor compared to other storage facilities.

The gentleman who helped me, was really helpful and amazing and understanding and got a storage unit fast instead of waiting he was awesome. Also showed me where my unit was gonna be at very nice gentleman. I was recommended by my friend.
