Maybe just not popular in CO. But a pretty pitiful moonshine selection for such a huge selection of everything else.

A bit pricey and an ok selection of bourbon. The store has this odd feel of emptiness.

Can you really go wrong at a liquor joint?? Great clean and safe location. Huge selection.

Good selection but this store has, by far, the most expensive liquor of any shop I've seen in Colorado springs. Anyone reviewing prices either picked something that was a decent price, or they just don't know what other stores mark up. Also, boxes strune about in the isles making it kind of a mess.

Friendly staff. Good selection and plenty of variety. Plenty of room to browse comfortably. Would be nice to see some more unique selections given the amount of space available.

My wife wanted some wine, so I chose this place randomly. It's a big warehouse looking store and has a good selection of everything to include some soju. It seemed like they only had the fruit flavored ones that chicks like though. I hope they have some real soju with the red cap at some point.

Bought a Dale's 15 pack retaped, 2 of the beers were half full, Case was stained but was assured it was Fine. I will never again go to this store.

Large selection of beer, they even had some bombers that you can’t find at many places here in the Springs. The cashier was fast and efficient, and there were about 3-4 parties in line and I was out of there within a minute. I will be back to this location, average prices I would say overall but the selection is why they get a 5 star review.

My partner & I recently moved here & have visited Twins Wine & Liquor multiple times & have received great service each time up until now. Tonight, there was a middle aged Caucasian male working the register who was extremely rude. He was speaking to us in a very condescending way as if we didn’t understand the laws—since I did end up forgetting my ID tonight— which we completely understood but it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it, especially when working in the customer service industry. I believe that he thought that we were underage, since both of us do look young, but that does not warrant for you to speak to people like a jackass. Eventually, I found my ID in my car but with the way he spoke to us, I decided to take my business elsewhere. It’s a shame because this liquor store is right across the street from our apartment. Oh well.

Normally the staff is very friendly but tonight was a bit awkward and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. My partner & I go inside, ask the around sixty year old White gentleman if we could bring our multiple rewards cards in & combine them since we are constantly forgetting them & he says sure—extremely friendly. But then things took a very weird turn. We pick out our wine, get to the register & my partner says “I forgot my i.d you’re going to have to pay for it.” before I could even say anything the cashier goes “you both need your i.ds, you can’t pass the wine off to her, it’s the law, you guys are looking at me as if I just made it up or something” It was weird because absolutely nobody even said anything to him except that she would go to her car & look for it. She ended up finding her I.D in the car but at that point I was extremely annoyed & asked her if we could just go to another liquor store. Idk dudes name but he really needs to learn a bit of manners if he’s going to continue to work in customer service. At the end of the day, I got my wine & he still works there so it’s whatever.

If you want to feel uncomfortable and judged, twins is the place to go.My wife and I used to love to go here. Usually, the workers are very welcoming, and nice - ready to strike up a friendly conversation. Today was very different. As soon as we walked in, there was an older woman staring at us (obviously because we look young). When we walked up to check out she barely looked at us. No "hi how are you" or anything of the sort. She just looks down waiting for us to give her our ID's. She actually had us give over our ID's before she even scanned our alcohol. The other people she helped out received completely different treatment. I never write google reviews (literally, this is the first time I have ever) but this was just ridiculous. It's a shame because all of the other workers have been so kind. We will not be giving twins any more of our business, and I highly suggest none of you do either.
