I didn’t know what to expect but had a very cool experience visiting! I tried to take my time and get my money’s worth so I spent about 2 hours in the museum. The technology and interactive elements of the exhibits are very cool. The staff was also incredibly knowledgeable and seemed genuinely passionate about the amazing history of the Olympics. One staff member shared so much info with me about various artifacts and exhibits. The building is very modern and unique as well. Definitely worth the visit if you have any interest in sports history!

Beautiful collection of Olympic torches and Olympic medals. Loved the collection of gear and uniforms. Very innovative and interactive , loved getting to train for sports and learn about different sports. The interactive displays were very cool. Loved seeing Nastia Lukin's leotard and the miracle on ice score board. Loved the accessibility for all, no stairs ramps only, captions and sign language on every video and interactive display. Lots of interesting history. I loved learning about the innovations in sports and the science behind it. Well worth the price of admission. This museum is state of the art and highly interactive and innovative. Very informative .

We visited the Museum for the second time, and I think it was just as interesting as the first time. There are about three floors of exhibits and activities. I think our favorite section was the interactive portion where you can compete against Olympic sprinters, try the skeleton event, participate in archery and so forth. We also enjoyed the medals presented to athletes over the history of the Games. But honestly, the whole place is interesting.Admission is $20 for adults, and we purchased them onsite. If it’s busy, I’d suggest buying them ahead of time. If you have a car, you can park in the museum parking lot for $15. Because we didn’t have to deal with crowds, we found plenty of parking along the street for $1.50 per hour.I planned on two hours to look through the exhibits, but I believe we could have easily spent three hours. An onsite restaurant offers some dining options, but we didn’t try anything so I can’t speak to the quality.I’d recommend taking time to visit the Museum and learn some history of the Olympic Games. And save time for the movie at the end of the tour. It’s really amazing.

As someone who enjoys the Olympics (both the summer and winter games), I was greatly enthused to visit the museum. I was able to tour the facility during construction, and it did not disappoint once it opened. From the intriguing architecture to the varied surfaces upon which images are projected in the foyer, the facility is is well done. Seeing medals from each Olympiad was fascinating, and learning more about American athletes' achievements in the Games was enjoyable. This is one of Colorado Springs' top attractions.

It's a solid museum but nothing special. The real draw is the building itself, which is absolutely beautiful. The problem are the interactive exhibits. They either a) do not work, b) work poorly, or c) are poorly designed. Not a lot of effort went into making actually reminiscent of the sports they are trying to portray. For example, the downhill skiing is just remembering which way she turned at each flag...nothing to actually simulate skiing. Most of the others didn't work at allThere is some interesting stuff, all the Olympic torches were probably the coolest thing we saw.Worth a trip if you are really into Olympic history, but not a must see in my eyes.

You’re telling me that the Olympic Games have been around since 776 BC and this museum is what we have to show for it? All of the sports that are held in the games and so few are highlighted here. A good portion of the sports presented are shown with 1-2 pics with 1-2 paragraphs about them. The interactive portion felt like using the Xbox Kinect from 2014. Overall 2/10. From start to finish the museum took 15 mins.

This museum is spectacular! It makes you love your country and spark the excitement for the Olympics. It is interactive and informative about all the sports involved in the Olympics. After checking in you are taken to the 3rd floor of the museum and work your way down to the first floor with exhibits. You end your trip with a sit down 5(ish) minute highlight reel of the various years of Olympics. So beautifully done. There are tons of staff to help explain exhibits are you are in each hall. It was slightly irritating to an introvert like me who likes to silently enjoy museums to have to interact with staff. However they were very helpful and collaborative with your experience. We spent almost 4 hours because every exhibit was so fascinating.

I had a great experience!I went on a Thursday and it was busy with schools attending on field trips. There were plenty of state of the art interactive exhibits but I’m not sure kids under 18 would/will be entertained. There were plenty of restless and disinterested grade school children while I was there. You WILL have to pay for parking and the parking lot is enforced with cameras monitoring the parking lot.

Unfortunately when we were in town passing through it was not open. But it was nice to walk around the outside areas. Enjoy the wonderful architecture of the building and other features of the outside areas. A nice viewing area behind the building to walk out onto. Goes over the train track which makes for a nice photo opportunity. Looking forward to returning and enjoying the inside.

My husband and I visited the museum as my Grandson had a field trip there and invited us. We are over 65 and there is a discount for seniors as well as other discounts available. We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the museum was and the building itself. Plenty of parking is available across the street ($7) and very easy to access. The building architecture is incredible and wonderful to explore in itself. The exhibits are amazing and very impressive. There are some displays that are interactive and a couple of great short films. The staff are very helpful and professional. The museum was great and we look forward to visiting again. I would recommend all those interested in the Olympics to visit.

Went on a Sunday as they have a special for residents of El Paso county, $5.00 per person. We saw the sign for VISITOR PARKING not a sign for pay parking so we entered. 6 days later received a parking ticket from a third party out on DENVER. So the museum does not even own a parking lot for their place of business? Our revenue is going to DENVER of all places? Why would we not keep it in EL PASO COUNTY? The fee for the lot is 7.50 a day WOW I got a 35.00 fine! I would not recommend this place to anyone nor would I ever go back. The bridge overlooks the railroad how tacky is that. Not a good place to go in Colorado Springs.
