Fast and friendly service. Came in for an iPhone screen repair after water damage, was given reasonable quotes about the repair. Was able to be fixed in the same day in a fast and efficient manner!

This place always helps you out in a pinch! Insurance or not, they're always fast and convenient, which is super important since we all know how much it sucks to be without your phone. The most recent trip we took, Zamen took great care of us and we dropped it off knowing our phone was in good hands. 10/10 would recommend again and again!

Superior customer service. I walked in and was greeted quickly with a friendly young lady who was in training and eager to help. They were able to replace a camera lens on my iPhone while I waited keeping me updated on the progress the whole time. I’m very pleased with the assistant manager and her newbie and will use them anytime I have phone needs.

Would never use their services again. Brought a Google pixel 6a in for a front screen replacement. After a few months of use the screen popped up in one of the corners. I came in and was told that it was an issue relating to the adhesive that was supplied by Google and it was under warranty, this was relayed to me by the front desk attendant but I overheard it from an employee in the back as well. They told me they didn't have the parts in stock so I asked to have them call me when they had the parts. I had to call them because they never reached out. When I went in for a second time I was told they couldn't do a warranty because of scratch on the screen. The manager there was argumentative and the employee working the front was unprofessional and extremely slow. He was swearing when the lobby had multiple customers in it and mumbled the entire time. The owner decided not to honor what had been previously said by their employees and I would have to pay for a second repair. This is the worst customer service and warranty replacement policies that don't actually allow many people to maintain their warranties. Do not go here if you want quality parts and a legitimate warranty.

Booked appointment online for iPhone 11 screen repair price quote it was $139. Had my son drop it off at pick up after work was done was told the price was going to be $270 reason being is the previous screens are unavailable and they can't get the online company to change the price. Not my problem I am furious they took $20 off. I went here for price. Would've gone to Best Buy for $200 if I knew That they were going to stick it to me on a bait and switch.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I brought my laptop in with sticky keys to be cleaned. When I picked it up they told me it worked better than before, when I go home, all of the keys were falling off. I took it back to the store and Tyler called his boss and said that I went into the store and started ripping the keys off myself. Tyler was very unprofessional and VERY rude. Do not go here unless you want your device to be more broken then when you dropped it off. This store has horrible service all around. They cannot do their jobs, and they will blame you for their mistakes. Do not recommend coming here ever. Went from sticky keys on my laptop to no laptop at all for the low cost of $20!

Do not go here!Aug 1st 2023 :I dropped my IPad off to get a screen replacement with an estimate of a one week turnaround.Aug 8th 2023:It wasn’t ready. They explained that they were understaffed. The tech Justin, assured me that my iPad is next to get serviced and to give them another week.August 15th 2023:iPad still was not ready. I demanded to see the iPad and they haven’t even touched it. The excuse was that phones have priority over iPads. I then asked Justin why he lied to me by telling me it was next to get serviced when it wasn’t. His response “I didn’t lie, it’s part of a script Asurion requires me to say”.Do not go here! I don’t trust an employee that doesn’t have the integrity to be honest with customers and hides behind “my company tells me to lie”.

Great prices and service everyone here is friendly and helpful it takes a little time to be helped but when their is only one person working it takes a minute with a lot of customers in the door so be patient it's worth it

I had a terrible experience—I handed them a working phone, and they returned a non-functioning phone. On top of all that the technician threatened to call the cops on me.I took my phone in to install a new battery because the charge in the current one was only lasting 8 hours. I dropped off the phone at 2pm on a Sunday, and was told my phone would be ready to pick up by 4pm the following day or they would call me. When I arrived at that time the technician said that she was about to call me because she was just now working on my phone. She claimed that I was supposed to pick up at 5pm, but my ticket clearly said 4pm. She said that the battery in my phone had swollen up and had damaged the screen from behind even though it showed no damage from the front. According to her, the policy of the store is that they have to fix everything 100% and cannot ignore the supposedly damaged screen. None of these policies were explained to me beforehand. The total she gave me was $240 ($140 more than quoted) but the phone is only $300 so I decided it was not worth it. The technician was upset about me refusing the service and said that she would just put it back the way it was.I waited 20-30 minutes and then she came out and asked me to sign the pick-up slip. When I picked up the phone she said that there was no battery in it. She said that since the battery was swollen couldn’t put it back in and couldn’t even give it back to me per store policy. When I asked how it was possible for her to return a non-functioning phone she became upset and started raising her voice saying that she had no other options for me. We went back and forth arguing over the fact that she knew she wasn’t going to put the battery in but led me to believe the phone was going to be returned in the same state as it came in. She got even more upset that I called her out and started yelling at me.I insisted that there must be some way that I could have my phone in a working state. She yelled some more and told me to leave or she would call the cops.I did not yell or curse at any point in the exchange. I don’t know why she wanted to call the cops.

I brought a Nintendo Switch here for a new battery. It turned out the battery was not the issue, and it was from some older water damage so they were unable to fix it. They had a very quick turnaround time and there was no charge since they were unable to fix it.While I was there, a different customer had a complaint and the employees handled it very professionally and did their best to get the problem fixed for her. After she left they were talking about her, but not complaining at all and in fact saying that the customer handled the situation well. I appreciated that!

Was sent there by Verizon. Received very poor service. Attendant didn't listen to my concerns. Was dismissive. Refused to use the insurance on my phone or even look at my warrantee information. Told me I had to pay cash for my repair. Told me it would be over $400 for a phone that was almost three years old. Will not go back to this store and I do not recommend.

We received excellent customer service! Tara C. explained what she was going to do to my phone and an estimated time when it maybe done by. Tara C. was friendly and professional. I will be back to have another device fixed.
