Our NP Galvin is wonderful. She got us in on her lunch hour for an acute issue and pretty much took her entire lunch hour to explain what was going on so my daughter could understand it (she is 12). We feel very lucky to have found her!

Great experience. Courteous staff, little wait time or paperwork, clean facilities, etc. Josh was a great MD and took the time to ask questions and do a checkup on me. 5/5

Love this clinic!!!!! It is run very efficiently and the doctors and staff are awesome! To all of you who wrote negative reviews because the staff was rude, shame on you!!!! You have absolutely no idea what the staff endures due to the patients being rude and verbally abusive to them on a daily basis and guess what, they have to take it. So if your receptionist is not as cheerful as you might like, just be aware that she may have just been told off by another patient, IT HAPPENS EVERY DAY!! Your doctor may be behind because his first patient of the day had a list of 10 things they wanted taken care of in a 15 minute appointment, and now they are behind 45 minutes and the only time to catch up is lunch time, which by the way, they rarely get because they spend their lunch catching up. As far as the cost of medical care goes, it has gone up like everything else, be real people, everything is expensive!! No, this is NOT an Urgent care!!! If you need Urgent medical care, go to the correct facility and don't write a negative review because they didn't take care of your urgent medical need! And the Manager, Heather, is amazing. She is fair, reasonable and understanding. She has to abide by rules that are set by UCHealth, and does her job extremely well. So the next time you sit down to write a horrible review, think about it first and know that these are real people dealing with all sorts of patients and all sorts of situations that you could never imagine. Dr. Bodman literally saved my husband's life by hearing an abnormality in his heart and sending him to Cardiology. He had blockages of up to 90% and 2 bad valves. The Cardiologist said he was lucky to be alive. He had surgery and is alive today because of Dr. Bodman, we can't thank him enough!!! We will continue to come here, because they take care of us, and when it is all said and done, isn't that what you want, to be taken care of???

Avoid this place at all costs! Nurses are rude and I brought more up to date information than the NP they stuck me with. This guy was a clown! I'd rather be seen in a van behind 7-11 than go back to this location. BEWARE!

Navigating the phone tree to get anything done is impossible. I’ve probably made 15 calls just to try and find someone who can request medical records and help me set up my online account when it kept saying my zip code was wrong. It shouldn’t be this hard. System is way too big, people aren’t trained beyond their job (they just tell you I don’t know it’s not my job), and the care is time limited. We met with the pediatrician for less than 5 minutes. I wonder what her expectations are per clinic visit. I don’t like feeling like my daughter is a number. Will be seeking care elsewhere. UC Health obviously is a bottom line medical company.

The NP Joshua Daniel Blake blatantly told me he's not a pediatrician. I have no idea why my child was scheduled to see him.He diagnosed her with a disease that I questioned and he missed part of her history during the visit blaming "kids can be distracting".I honestly felt the visit should have been compensated, nothing was accomplished.

This place is nothing more than a financial factory for UCHealth. Nothing at all like it was before UC came in and put profit above patient care. I have been fighting since last March over a three minute doctor visit and all I get is talk to one of our patient advocates. I have spoken to four who did nothing.

Have been a patient for 10 years here and ever since they were taken over by UC Health it has been horrible. Difficult to even get a prescription filled. Will be getting my records and changing Dr. Offices.

Made an appointment for a physical. Drove 30 minutes and showed up on time and was told they decided not to add new patients. When I politely asked why didn't they let me know, the receptionist in a voice expressing significant irritation claimed they called me but my voicemail was full and that the fault was mine. Funny how my phone had no record they called. Isn't it interesting how arrogant some offices can be and how they don't value the patients' time? Can I charge them for my wasted hour of driving?

Dr. Anderson is always so thoughtful and kind to my son. I have never had an issue with the staff, in fact they have gone above and behind for us. And the nurses are super kind too. I'm very glad I take my son here.

Do not trust these people to care for your child. Particularly Dr.Linsky and NP Bradigan. I was told my 1 yo daughter was simply teething despite pus coming out her eyes, a fever of 100.1-100.6 while on Tylenol, bloody snot coming out her nose, coughing, and screaming and touching her ears. I asked Dr.Bradigan "are you sure?" And she told me just Tylenol and brace through it. No testing for a viral infection, nothing. I message them this morning after staying up for a 3rd night in a row. Saying I was furious because this is not just teething. She could hardly open her eyes and I was suctioning bloody snot again. She screamed herself awake. They offered an 11:30 I told them no thank you. I don't want to come in 1) to spread the virus 2) what were they going to do? Tell me to keep her on Tylenol and finally do a virus check? This is the third time I was told her symptoms weren't a big deal and I had to take her to the ER Disgusting place that does not care for their patients. last two times she had such a severe respiratory infection she needed to be on oxygen. I included those screenshots. They DISMISSED my daughter as a patient because I was "combative" for refusing to come in for an appt that wasn't even set. I didn't cuss, threaten, touch, or even say something passive. I was direct - "no thank you". I went in directly to the office and I took a video of the conversation. It says it all on how Heather, the office manager, handles things. She was condescending, admitted to calling me on her cellphone (that way it's not recorded) she said I was rude to 4-5 of her rn/np I asked "how" and she had no answer. I did have to ask a nurse the other day to please let me finish what I was saying when we triaged over the phone. I'm on financial assistance and it's clear she has something against active duty. That's by law discrimination. I have that on video too. **UPDATE** My daughter had rhinovirus and adenovirus at the same time. After the visit on 6/13, another office visit at the Dublin location, on 6/16 confirming she had rhinovirus, we went to the ER on 6/21 because she still had a fever and was on Tylenol from 6/12 to 6/21 (and longer, a total of 13 days). Adenovirus was found. Where the symptom is conjunctivitis. Did I mention I told them she started daycare and as an experienced pediatric provider I think it would be clear she has a virus. But this provider refused to listen to me, what I was telling her and did not run a standard virus panel until I kept asking her. Maybe this is what they considered combative? Who knows.

Literally the worst Urgent Care I have ever been too. There has never been a time were things have gone smoothly going there. The most recent time I needed them to sign somthing for a new job I was starting and they wouldn't. They seemed to have no problem almost costing me that job.

Staff doesn't care. They don't care about wasting your time or giving you genuine attention when you do finally get to see a doctor.

My wife, children (formerly-now in their 30s) and myself have all gone to this practice for 25 years or more (since they were located off of Centennial) and absolutely recommend them. Dr Z is our primary but Kent and Henley are also great. The PA’s have been excellent as well. I don’t understand the negative reviews…
