Absolutely awful. Do not tell me that you cannot tell me if my medication is on back order WHEN CENTRAL JUST TOLD ME THAT IT IS FOR THEM. It is called consistency and if you cant do it, then shut it down. Idiots.

The most grossly incompetent pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately, our insurance only covers filling prescriptions through UCHealth.They are regularly out of medications. They have a "policy" to not tell patients what they can fill until after the prescription is there. Therefore, your doctor needs to send the perscription, then they tell you that they can't fill it. Then your doctor has to send it to another awful UCHealth pharmacy, so they can also tell you that it isn't in stock.Absolutely terrible. The only reason for anyone to go here is insurance that requires it. I was much happier paying a higher price to go anywhere else.Before dealing with UCHealth, I simply picked up my prescriptions each month. Now, I'm forced to spend over an hour per month calling, visiting, calling my benefits manager, and trying to figure out how I will get the medication that they can never keep in stock.

I’ve been using them for a while now — switched when things got bad with other pharmacies and I couldn’t get my meds. The techs are always sweet and helpful, I’ve always gotten my meds on time, and I’ve yet to encounter a problem with this pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They have a problem every single time I come. I’ve only gotten my medications half the time. Even if they say they’re ready for me, I still have to wait 30+ minutes. These are just regular medications that I’ve been receiving for years without the need for “approval” or anything like that. What a waste.
