I love UCHealth system.It is highly organized and efficient. No long waits. Dr. Rao is the first Dr. to address my blood clot and weight gain as serious problems to be dealt with to improve my blood pressure and pre-diabetic conditions. Dr Rao and her medical assistant Paola were absolutely unbelievable in their knowledge, kindness, professionalism and empathy. They sent my wife and I up to be as healthy as possible. We really appreciate it.

The office staff is not accountable for their mistakes. I had appointments For my kids to get vaccines. They said all my kids were up to date. We moved to Missouri and found out one of my kids need the meningitis vaccine. My kid can’t go to school until he has this. They cannot email me my kids shot record like I request. He can’t get the shot unless I have the shot records. My kid has already missed a week and half of school and I’m still just getting the run around and no records to me!! Very unprofessional and they don’t care if my son can’t get into school!! Glad I moved so I don’t have to deal with uchealth. YOU ARE NOT A CLIENT, YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER TO THEM!!

New doctor for our family - and we are thrilled to have Dr. Garcia. She is absolutely what we want as our provider. She listened and explained everything. And her office staff was great too! On a scale of 10, we had to rate all of them a 15!

Dr. Rao is not interested in your health. Dr. Rao's only interest is in herself. Dr. Rao explained "she is of a different generation" and I had no option but to accept her statements. UC Health and Dr. Rao do not create a safe space for the patient to discuss treatment, to exchange ideas or feel heard. I will not be returning to UC Health or Dr. Rao.
