The staff here helped me get my mom her belated birthday present that she asked for during my visit to the US from Japan. Very helpful and funny, too. I was surprised how quick everything went and I only had to pay less than $3 for a print on fancy paper. Image is of her framed picture of me I got to my mom.

They’re always pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. There’s one gentleman (employee) who's been there several years, and he likes to make jokes. I really look for him when I go in, but I don’t know his name! I was there Tuesday 2-13-24 to get supplies for mailing 3 t-shirts, and when I asked him when they closed that night, he said “we’re open 24 hours!” But then smiled and said 6:00. He’s always so pleasant,!

Katie was amazing!! I had just gone through brain surgery and needed extra help. She went above and beyond to get everything done right, was knowledgeable, capable and incredibly kind. The only reason it’s not a 5 is because the guy working with her was condescending and made us feel like an annoyance since we took longer. Which is really too bad because she was fantastic!!

I have always had a positive experience at this UPS location, but this morning I unfortunately did not. Despite UPS delivering a fragile item to me in a broken box, Ryan told me that he would have to charge me for simply taping the box up. I understand that this is an independent franchise and they are not expected to fix broken boxes, but I was taken a bit offguard by Ryan's rudeness and lack of kind customer service skills. I went into the store with a positive and unaccusatory attitude and received a short and abrupt one in return. Luckily I went to another UPS location and received MUCH better service. Thank you, Delmonico location for providing your customers for being helpful AND kind.**In response to your response: I was actually very clear about what I was hoping to have done (after asking for the employee's advice). I was told that the taping alone was going to cost me "$6.99" and the repackaging "quite a bit more."

They charged $1.80 to print a free Amazon return. They didn't tell me it would cost anything. That's insane. They were rude as well.
