App told me that a delivery attempt was made but nobody was there. However, I was there the entire time. Furthermore, I reached out to the 1-800 number to get it resolved. They told me they could get the drive to come back around the same day, but they never showed. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a shipping company.

Jamie at the UPS in Colorado Springs Colorado, Emory location went above and beyond her job. My mom sent packages to 2 separate locations and the labels got switched around and they ended up at the wrong places, I was able to send mine back to get it shipped to the correct addresses however the other wasn't quite as easy and she used her own time to go get that package and have it sent to the correct address. Thank you Jamie from myself and my family for your extraordinary experience.

Ordered UPS Next Day Delivery on an extremely perishable product. The driver attempted to deliver at the front door of a business that wasn't open (delivery has always been either through the side or back door- some one would have even opened the front door if any attempt was made) I've contacted every possible UPS costumer service number with the promise of a return call from the warehouse manager. I even went to the warehouse myself to speak with a supervisor without any success. I was told they would attempt delivery the next day (Saturday) but that never happened. I've now lost a $300 product because of incompetence from both the delivery driver and management. You guys generally suck all around. Thanks for nothing. Negative stars if I could

This place is garbage. You're telling me after having the same address for 3.5 years, all of the sudden you can't find it? I live in a neighborhood. It's not that hard to find. I'm so sick of incompetent morons who can't even deliver a package. My 5 year old could do it on their own, but a bunch of grown adults can't? Find another job where you aren't required to use your brain.

Delivery personnel cannot read and continue to deliver packages meant for my neighbor to me! Just because your maps show the locate very close together...READ THE ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE!!!

I was assaulted today by the blonde employee that’s like in her 70s, she looked like an old Hanna Montana. She put her hands on me repeatedly bc I didn’t sign for my package with my ID even though the package was mine and I proved it to her so she brought it out to me… after assaulting me, she followed me to my car and her and some other girl trying to be a Karen recorded me. Just wanted my package lol no matter what, you don’t put your hands on people. Will be waiting for a manager to call me, will be possibly pressing charges. Assault happened at customer center Colorado Springs around noon 10/2/23

Went to ship a package. Their hours are from 12:00 to 15:45. I was there at 15:05 and they were closed. So I went to a competitor instead and got it shipped. They lost my business for not keeping the store open the hours that they had posted.Edit: I had another package I had to get out thought one more try and it’s the following day. Still closed, this time at least they had a sign up saying they were closed today. Again NOT OPEN.They were open more when COVID was at its height.Nothing should be preventing them from being open on multiple days during the hours listed it only only 3 3/4 hours thy are supposed to be open and can’t even do that right.This is just bad management and will advise people to use FEDEX or some other company to ship to me and I will be using a different company when shipping out going forward. Lost my business over this.

Terrible company, been shipping with UPS for years. They started slamming my bill with fake adjustments and other charges. I just noticed and started disputing them. Customer service referred me to my "rep" Amy B. and she said she wasn't my rep and I had to ask for the refunds numerous times and she finally just told me not to contact her anymore. I switched off UPS after that. I will not tolerate fake charges and being abused by my "rep" for trying to get UPS to fix their mistakes.

Nothing like being called a j*** behind your back as you're leaving to another client just because you asked for a manager while trying to ship something back to Beretta who they have a contract with. Just watch out for the crazy lady named Jamie

What else can you say? It's UPS. Poor tracking and they often don't know where your package is. Most stuff arrives, some of it in good condition.

Nobody shows up to work, it says it's open but it's not. It doesn't matter whether it's the weekday or the weekend nobody's there.

Their office was closed, and the signs didn't help on contact numbers. But there was a worker who helped people from the outside bay door. Thank you for whoever you are on locating my package. By the way, the 800 number I found for UPS was no help at all. They told me it would be delivered the next day, but come to find out it wasn't, and if I didn't go and locate this place, it would have been shipped back. There were other issues that came along with that, but I'm not going to post it. Just to say, this location wasn't the ones I talked to by phone. The guy who helped was very nice and friendly, and thank you again to whoever you are. That's the only reason they get a 4 star. The 800 number gets a 2 star.

Their website says they are open until 4pm but they lock the doors at 3:45pm. I was there a minute after 3:45pm and the associate was cold as ice. The funny thing is they have a sign out front with some motto, "Customer First, People Led, Innovation Driven." I think they are struggling to live up to that. Oh and don't even try to call to get help, your blood pressure will just go up talking to some foreigner reading off a script.
