Whoever owns this store should be ashamed the way they have just one person working the store a great deal of the time. The poor guy that was there today was obviously overwhelmed and there was no air conditioning in there for him either. This is more normal than not to go in there and find only one employee trying to do everything. And they have a lot to do. Stop being so greedy and beef up your staff. Especially when there was just recently a big Prime day sale on Amazon. I feel for your staff. And I'm sure you dont pay them nearly enough to endure what they do.

The 2 clerks were preparing to close but saw me at the door and unlocked it to take my Amazon return. I did not have it packed correctly but the young lady said no problem and took care of it. They were polite and professional saving me time and frustration.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I overnighted a package. It was delivered to the wrong address, so the intended receipts did not receive it until after the guaranteed arrival date. I went to the UPS Store to get a refund for the overnighting of the package, since according to UPS & UPS Store they guarantee overnighted deliveries. The employee said he submitted a claim and I should receive an email to document the claim. It is 3 days later and I have yet to receive this email. I went to the UPS store multiple times to follow up and am given the same response, I called UPS and UPS Store Customer Service. UPS said I have to resolve it with the store it was shipped from, UPS Store will not even listen to the call. I will never use this UPS store again, and will most likely just avoid UPS as a whole. This is horrible customer service for something that is their own policy.

Hunter was great. Kind and patient and took care of business with great customer service. Came here today at 10am and it wasn't busy. No boxes on the ground like others and place was clean. Been coming here for UPS drop offs and Notary with quick service. Give it a chance if you haven't in a while as for it went smoothly.

I have never, and I mean NEVER thought about recommending the UPS store to a friend or colleague before, but I've gotta say Samuel (who is better than louis or lewis or however you spell that lame name) is so incredibly cool, I was absolutely CONVINCED to recommend the UPS store to all of my friends. I went on facebook and messaged every single one of them, and between the responses asking if I was hacked, I made sure to inform everyone just how useful the UPS store can be in daily life. Have you ever thought about sending a pizza to someone? try the UPS store. Ever thought about sending kind wishes? The UPS store is perfect for it. whatever your need, the UPS store can and will provide it no matter how weird you might think it is. Thank you UPS store, you're the real hero! But it's mostly your employees, like samuel. Pay them more. They're the real heroes genuinely.

All 5 stars go to Abby!! She was absolutely amazing!! Not only was she extremely friendly and helpful, she went above and beyond to help me!
I had an Amazon return for a tent that I didn't realize I was supposed to have packed myself. I tried my hardest to get it back in the original box but couldn't. She took the time and used her skills to make it fit in the box! I truly thought it was impossible but she twisted, turned, and bent it to get it in there without damage! I don't know how much she makes an hour, but I can tell you right now it's not enough and she needs a raise!
