I sent a package 40x26x16 through UPS a few weeks ago. I paid $198 and the charges were verified at drop off. A few days later, I get an email stating they are going to charge me an additional $214 because my dimensions were incorrect (even though I measured them, UPS confirmed the dimensions and weight, I had the buyer confirm the dimensions upon delivery, and I contacted the manufacturer of the box and they also confirmed my original dimensions) They audited my package and it was conveniently and exactly 1 inch too big according to their measurements and qualified for a large package surcharge. They claimed the package was 42x29x16, several inches of discrepancy. I gathered my evidence and disputed the charges, and when speaking to customer service, they agreed with me and said they would void the additional $214 on 1/22. On 1/30, ups very quietly recharged my card on file the $214 and stole my money. I contacted them again and asked for a refund. They claimed they refunded my money, but I have not seen it come back into my account. I called again after the “3-5 business days” and UPS says they issued it and to call my bank. So I called my bank and they said UPS has not issued anything and will have their fraud team investigate. UPS IS COMMITTING FRAUD ON MULTIPLE LEVELS AND STEALING PEOPLES MONEY. I WILL NEVER USE UPS AGAIN.

Where to begin, waiting 25+ min to be helped, everytime I go to this location? The rude staff who mutter insults under their breath while helping customers? This store would be better off firing these employees and getting staff who can handle a line of 6 people without feeling overwhelmed and becoming aggravated because they are incompetent at their job.....im sure monkeys would be more proficient and more professional.....don't waste your time going to this store unless you have plenty of time to waste......

This has got to be the worst UPS store in Colorado. The help are rude and off putting. There is always a waiting line; obviously understaffed. I repeat.....the clerks lack basic people skills. Last time for me here.

Successful delivery to New Jersey!Jeremy and the team at this location went above and beyond. Jeremy sent an email update on the packages my aunt had them prepare. This included pictures.He and the team took very good care of my two guitars and a number of original paintings in their ornate frames.There were 6 paintings, two dating back to the late 1970s-- one with a frame for a 30x40" canvas! Very precious cargo, which was thoughtfully wrapped with paper, then bubble wrap, then a layer of large bubble wrap, and wrap to cushion the corners.I was impressed! And the delivery folks also treated the packages with professionalism and care.Highly recommend. Thanks!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The guy behind the counter was rude and extremely unhelpful when I dropped packages off for a return. I had to go back a week later to ask what had happened to the packages I dropped off. Again this same employee (short with brown hair and a beard) was behind the counter and was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will never return to this UPS Store location in Colorado Springs, Store #3835 in the King Soopers shopping center off Woodmen.

Anytime I use their "services" I always have issues with the address. I use the same address every single time. How can you begin to charge someone for a "redelivery fee" when it hasn't even left your warehouse or been released by customs yet? Ive ordered through this website before and have had no issue in the past. You people need to get it together. Out here giving drivers raises and you can't even do your due diligence

Went to this location with an aAmazon return. They refused to accept my return in the clear plastic bag it shipped in. Tried to sell me a different bag for $5.50. They were pretty curt about my options so I took the item to a different store and they accepted it with no problem. Made me mad they wasted my time. Won't go to that location ever again.

I have used this store many times as I have found the customer service to outweigh the additional costs compared to USPS. I recently tried to send out a package to a relative. I received an email from UPS stating there was an issue with the address the was submitted by UPS. I tried calling the number provided multiple times and it just spins you through the usual automate messages. Told my package had an address issue but couldn’t actually talk to anyone about it. I tried calling this store and was told they couldn’t help once the package left as they are independently operated.They gave me the same phone number I have been trying to call saying that I could call that number to speak to someone. Never could figure that out. The package got returned to the store. I was told since I confirmed the incorrect address they type in that I was at fault and would have to pay to ship it again. Convenient system to never have to admit fault or provide customer service. The address I had written on the package was correct but the employee didn’t type in the street correctly. It was an incredibly frustrating process with no customer support and clearly no compassion for the customer when an error is made. Disappointing customer service.

I had to send a box to my employer. They emailed me a paid label so I could return it via UPS. I do not have a printer so I went to the store after someone told me they could print the label there for a fee, I was fine with that. Employees were not friendly or helpful. They saw the label and said it needed to be emailed to them, employee took my phone to email it to the store, I thought he was just looking at the barcode on the label or something but he did NOT communicate what he was actually doing on my phone. Then passed it back to me and said he just sent the email to the store (I could have done that but ok) then after a minute checked a computer in the back and said the email wasn't there. He moved on to help others (I had already been waiting 20 minutes) but wanted to be patient. My phone signal was fine and my email box said sent. Another employee then jumped into help because he was already helping someone else and checked the email and said “nope we dont have it” . Then just stared at me waiting for me to leave. I asked them to check one more time to see if they received my email for the label to send my package but nothing. They acting like it was my phone issue… it wasnt. I just had to leave because they couldn't do anything. This was a horrible experience. I will use any other carrier but UPS.

They were very patient when I came in with two children to mail separate packages.They printed my labels and let me use the box I had one packed in, and I was able to get a priority envelope with no problem.
