We took our personal and my business accounts to this branch because it was closer to our home, but also we had gotten tired of the way our other bank in Walmart had become. Best move ever! We have been with US bank for years now and every time we go to this branch we feel welcome and like they are happy to see us and they know us by name!

Worst decision ever was getting a secured card through us bank. After canceling the card the representative I spoke with said I would recieve a refund check in the mail of a specifies amount. 1 month later I have missed payments on my credit report and phone calls saying I owe 230 dollars rather than reviewing my balance. What a bunch of scammers no one on the secured card side has a clue of what their own products are. I was told that the card stays open for 2 months after closing when the first rep said it was closed and would relieve my check. Bunch of crooks also when calling be prepared to be transferred again and again without them even telling you. The entire phone system has a not my problem attitude .would never recommend anyone using us bank for any services they lie and spout off untruths check your recordings us bank the rep I spoke with the first time that closed my account stated the check would be in the mail .

Very helpful in many ways including staying open past the 6pm closing time to make sure I was able to transfer money from my non local bank account into one in which I’d have some access to funds while staying here locally conducting business. Great branch and bank. Thanks again.

So apparently this branch thinks it is OK to call their customers idiots merely because they cant understand what someone is saying after they just had neck surgery done. It would be one thing if it were just the representative but the manager on duty then came out and backed her up stating that "Well you are pretty hard to understand." No apology, no back stepping just doubled down on public redress of a cancer patient. Needless to say I will do all in my power to ensure that no one that I do business with works with US Bank going forward.

This is by far the worst experience I have had so far with US Bank. Feel free to come and use the ATM, but be aware of people working at that branch because they are strictly lying about important financial information, and if you are an inconvenience, they will dismiss you. About a month ago, I went throug the HELOC process. I know I ask a lot of clarification questions, but I make people aware of it because I'd rather be upfront. Under any circumstances do NOT work with Thomas A. Evans. He does not answer the phone at all, rarely replies to emails in a prompt fasion, and most importantly does not know what he is talking about. He strictly lies in your face. Yes, I am aware of the verb I used, but I double checked at a corporate level, and he is literally giving misinformation and does not care that it involves your money. He staight up lied to me (at least 15 times - yes , I know because I asked the same question just to make sure I understand the APR) about the interest rates and how your loan will work on fixed or variable rates. He lies with such confidence that you will end up believing him until after closing, you realize he lied and now you are in a bind. He will then ghost you. I emailed him and he admitted he ghosted me and had no more intentions working with me. Yes, I have it in the email. It is borderline illegal what he is doing to the US Bank as a whole, and I am surprised he still has a job as a banker. He is apparently the branch manager, so you can only imagine the quality of other workers there. He most likely collected his bonus after closing with me, and then dismissed the customer.He moved me to Kyle, but honestly, I was afraid to ask him more questions, so I decided to call his hire ups, and they gave me what I needed. I am highly dissapointed with the experiece there. Before you do any business with them, please do your research and go somewhere else to double check. It is your money, and this branch does not care.

Francisco Montes is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional by providing excellent customer service and he is the best banker so far. Account opening process is very smooth. I had a great experience.

Very disappointed with USBank as I could not get my two factor authentication to work with my login. This included multiple days and a couple visits in person, and it still wouldn't work. I eventually closed my account because of it. Something this common and simple should not be this difficult with a business of this size.

Best branch in the Springs. My husband and I go out of our way to go to this one.This time Kyle assisted me. They were very busy but he had the best attitude and took the time to get to the root of my issue after I had come in there after speaking on the phone with customer care. Provided me everything I needed plus some with a smile. Made my day. Interactions like this one are what keep you with a bank.

By far the best USBank I've been too up North. Rachel and Kyle are always so wonderful and helpful unlike the tellers at the Palmer Park location. My husband and I go to this one often and have yet to have a bad experience. Thank you, Rachel and Kyle!
