After having my debit card compromised, I went into a grocery store auxiliary branch of USBank. The teller helped me withdraw money and said that my new card would come automatically in the mail. After hearing nothing from the bank for about a week I went to this downtown location and holy cow what a dramatic improvement in both customer service and problem solving. Specific shoutout to Chris Martinez who -on the spot- gave me a replacement debit card and *actually* ordered my a new one card. Not only did my new card arrive quickly- Chris was actually able to put a rush delivery date on it so it arrived before my upcoming work trip! Absolutely phenomenal experience. Thanks so much to Chris!

It takes a lot to get me this upset. I tried to make a deposit today. The door said open at 8:30. The drive through signs on the capsule retrieval said 9:00. After paying quarters and driving through and through. A call to corporate said yes they are still indeed a bank which opens at 9:30. I was in a hurry and now it turns out that if you do a treasure hunt they have other signs “somewhere”. Very poor management and customer service. Go to Garden of the Gods branch instead and they personally answer the phones.

Really disappointed with US Bank. They closed my branch because of Covid 19 over a month ago. So I have to use the drive through at the downtown location. They have not extended their hours at the drive through. It closes at 4pm.

I used this US Bank branch for a foreign-currency exchange this past summer. If I'm not mistaken, it may be the only location in all of Colorado Springs where foreign currency can be exchanged. Not a sizeable forex operation (might be just one person), but service was quick, easy and competent. Same when we returned and had some leftover foreign currency to sell back.
