The atm at this location never seems to work and at the moment of this review I went to 3 US Banks in the last 45 minutes and all 3 have ATMs broken

Great bank with great people. Alicia, who is the branch manager went out of her way to make sure that me and those around me were accommodated from beginning to end. I could have banked here forever but unfortunately I had to move on. I highly recommend this branch, Alicia the branch manager, and her staff.

I don’t know if the management changed, But if it did, so glad it did!!!! this morning when I walked in , they were so welcoming!!! all three of them but I only got the branch managers name , Alicia she was training a banker which was also very nice and respectful ! very nice and helpful! Thank you

This is by far the slowest bank I’ve ever been to and the thing is they are never busy normal wait time is 20min mostly more all the employees move like sloths with no urgency and on top of that the hospitality is lacking seems like they all hate their job so they don’t care about the customer clearly picked the wrong bank

It’s a Monday at 1030 in the morning and I called the s academy and the pikes peak location and no one’s answering the phone and the message is saying they’re not there ?! Ridiculous! Both locations have rude workers especially pikes peak. I like the app but they obviously just hire any and everyone at their branches

Received a check from Empower drawn on US Bank. Empower is their customer yet they would not cash it and provide a cashier check. It’s like they search for reasons to not gain new customers. At least this location is living right up to US Bank’s god awful reputation. I’ll just go to my credit union and deposit it without any issues.

What an odd bank. They will work so harder to not assist customers. Bank at a credit union. All you need to do is Google US Bank to understand their poor values and work ethic.

Spent almost all of my lunch break (30 minutes) waiting for help thru the drive up banking lanes. It shouldn’t take this long to help customers!

I would highly recommend banking with ANY bank other than U.S Bank. This branch specifically has the worse set of bank tellers and managers I’ve ever seen. They show no sense of urgency, care or respect for there account holders. BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!

Horrible customer service, and unreasonably slow. I can forgive the slow tellers and horrible wait in the drive thru if the bank tellers had any customer service skills at all. I was in line for over 20 minutes and the tellers couldn't even say "Hi, sorry for the wait. How can I help you?" Just "You want to deposit this?" And then didn't say a single word when she was finished with my transaction. Just gave me my ID back and walked away. Absolutely horrible bank, if I didn't have so much already tied to my account I would have walked in and closed all my accounts. Will not be back to this branch ever again.

Wouldn't even give it a one star. Absolutely the worst branch there could possibly be. Every single person there seems to hate their job, absolutely rude, In particular the young man who looks like Gru, didn't quit get his name but you'll know who I'm talking about the moment you walk in. He gave absolute bad service along with bad attitude !!!...

I stopped into this bank today with intentions to cash a check, and to hopefully open a checking account. As soon as I walked in, I realized the energy here is horrible! I wasn't given a friendly greeting, and nobody ( including the branch manager) seemed happy to work here.I thought it was extremely unprofessional how the branch manager thought it was funny to pick at the fact that I had to pay $7 to cash a check from my employer. Saying, " Yep, your not my customer, you get to pay me for being here". I also didn't get a receipt. Not sure what crawled up and died, but daaaang ?Management should set a good example for the rest of the team who is running the branch. Sick of hiring new people and getting bad reviews? Hire a manager who has at least DECENT customer service skills! Wow!!I will definitely be recommending my employer banks elsewhere. This is not somewhere I would want be on a regular basis, dealing with money I earned.

I would make it 0 stars if I was able. This bank as a whole engages in predatory practices that should be illegal. This week I will be closing my account and I will never look back. I had been with this bank for almost 20 years.
