All the staff at US Bank branch on Pikes Peak are great. It's a pleasure dealing with them, they're very professional. From a banking standpoint they have the customers best interest foremost in mind. Top notch Bank!

I opened a new business account here after receiving multiple mailers touting a promotion. The promotion offered $500 after 60 days for maintaining a balance of $5000, and activating an online banking account in a timely manner. I satisfied both requirements. Over 100 days passed and I did not receive the promotion.I called thrice to follow up and was finally told that the account was ineligible because I already had another (different) business account with the bank. This came as a surprise as I specifically asked the bank before account opening if that would be an issue. I was told no problem, as the new business was registered under a different name and a different tax ID (EIN).I imagine these decisions are made at a headquarter level and don’t reflect the integrity and good nature of the people at the branch. Still, I’m frustrated at the way US Bank chose to handle this matter and prefer to work with organizations who honor their word and side with their customers at the margin.I use this account for monthly inflows and outflows, and was considering moving over other accounts. I will now find another bank.

After being treated badly by other banks, this one at least tries! I’m just excited to finally have one near me. But it would be a lot better if the ATM worked even a fraction of the time. Definitely appreciate the customer service though!

Hey!Do you enjoy having your money readily available?Do you value good customer service?If so, steer clear of this bank!I recently opened an account with them and deposited a payroll check only to find out the funds are being held up for nine days!Completely unacceptable for me as I have a car payment due this week!!So as any person would, I went into the branch to discuss this with them. I was rudely told the check was on hold and to call customer service to find out why.I called and after 10 minutes I got someone on to address my concerns. He transferred me to the fraud department. From there I was told that there is a 30 day grace period in which all checks are to be put on hold and that I signed an agreement stating this. Now this comes back to the original banker I opened the account with. In his utter lack of understanding of his product he stated there would be a 24 hour hold on checks-that I can deal with. Back to the conversation with the fraud department, as the representative continues to gas-light my situation again stating that I signed the document I asked to speak to someone higher up. She went in a round about automatic loop saying the issue was basically my fault and that she was the end of the line.This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any bank, I would not recommend banking here. Especially the Garden of the Gods location.I will now be late on my car payment, thus affecting my credit thanks for that US bank!!TLDR: Instead of being punished for being a new customer, go to a bank that values the importance of their customers having funds available to afford their basic necessities.Update: calling the line to discuss this with a manager and he has been in a meeting for the last three hours. ?What a joke of an organization, can’t even handle customer escalations properly.I’ll be posting this to every review site I possible can until I get this resolved.

Worst Service Ever. I would give this branch zero stars if possible. The bank manager is an older lady who is an absolute j**** spoke very rudely to my wife, acted like helping us with our basic bank services was a huge chore. I am planning on joining a new bank now

Quoted me 3.1% interest, but when I signed everything. I noticed a few months later it was half a percentage higher than what they told me it was going to be. They conned me out of a few grand so pay very close attention when doing buisness with a bank. They mascarade around as a friendly neighborhood buisnesses, but in reality they have powers normal buisnesses wouldn't dream of. They lend out money that they don't have and charge people interest on it. It is nothing less than modern serfdom

the Loan Officer Mitchell is an outstanding human being. Not only is he great at his job, he is also very personable and kind-hearted. Everyone else at the branch, although struggling for help, seem to keep smiles on their faces and sometimes that is worth more than getting through a quick line. I would bank here.

US Bank used to provide service & accountability to their customers.When Corporate has failed to do what they said three times in a row on a time specific matter, then to hear your local branch manager say "there's nothing I can do", when she can call corporate to support their local customer and get corporate to do what they promised three times in a row to do, leads me to believe they don't care about their local customer...who has been loyal to them for over 40 years.And looking at all the recent posts, they're not helping a lot of customers for a lot of different reasons.Good luck, Nichole keeping customers with your can't help, oh so sorry for you, attitude. I would never work for a manger like you.If you're looking for a bank, don't choose US.
