I liked this bank. Even though I don't speak English well, Mrs. I would also like to thank Bouakeo. I didn't like the requirement that I only had to make monthly payments if I didn't have a certain amount of money in my account.

Alysha was courteous and very helpful when I arrived at the bank today. I was in and out of the bank with all the necessary assistance within 10 minutes.

Just giving a shout out the the wonderful employee that helped me today. Her name is Camryn, i hope I spelled it right. Ya'll need to keep her, and please let her know she's appreciated. I had a very bad experience at the branch near my home and just happened to be in this area and stopped in. She literally made my day and seriously changed my mind about finding another banking institution. From now on, when I need to visit the lobby, I'll be visiting her!

Elysia at this branch is so helpful ,supportive and understanding she definitely cared about my account and did everything she could to make sure I was taken care of great bank and bank teller.

Every time I go to this bank the wait is ridiculously long!! Even if your the first person in line! Most of the tellers are nice however there are some who are just rude like Tatiana!

The people who work here are generally rude, except for Natasha, she is incredible and very kind and helpful.But the others who work there are happy to criticize and belittle you for inquiring about the fee.

Today when I pulled up to access my safe deposit box I started to panic. They were going through a remodel and I needed copies of documents for my daughters college applications. I tried calling the branch and continued to get disconnected (yau for remodeling). I called my "normal branch" who quickly called the Chapel Hills branch manager. They went above and beyond to give me access to my safe deposit box and gave great service in the process. This panicking mama of 5 is now calm and collected ready to help her oldest completely scholarship applications on time. Thank you!

This is the worst bank and bank location. The ATM ate my debit card and refused to give it back. Also the money I deposited and have a valid receipt for, has just disappeared. And of course the 1-800 customer care number can’t help take care of you at all. I do not recommend this location at all!

I know US Bank sucks but this branch is BAAAAD! Terrible service. Surprised they let people be this unprofessional. In the process of changing banks.

Friendly enough but they are SO SLOW. Wish my store would bank somewhere else cause I don’t have time to drop deposits and get a change order in the time that they process all that. LITERALLY TAKES AN HOUR.
