Very friendly-Faster than other post offices: no line, and they have beer and wine

I go between 2 and 3 stars. I drop off a lot of pre-paid packages. The women who work there are all very nice to me (I have never encountered a rude one, unlike what others say) However, the man who works there (might be the owner) is INCREDIBLY rude and I have noticed a pattern. If I buy something, he could not be nicer. Greets me when I walk and and thanks me for my business. If I am only dropping off a pre paid package,it changes. He will greet me when I walk in but then when he sees I am not buying anything, all communication stops. And I mean ALL. He doesn't say "thank you" "have a nice day" or anything. Even when I say those things to him. He just looks at me with a blank stare. Incredibly rude. You are a post office. I'm dropping off postage. It's literally your job.

The new owner and his staff have been very helpful, I have a po box at this location as it's close to home, and ship packages 3-4 times a week for business.

Our family has been using this post office for almost five years since we moved to the area. We’ve never once had a bad experience and have only been treated with patience and kindness. I just mailed a package and had a very pleasant experience. I think they do a great job here!

Sent my teen age daughter to ship a box, the lady was so rude and just mean to her. She has never mailed a box and made one mistake in the labeling. This is the not the first time, everytime I had been in there, they are complete jerks. It’s obvious they don’t need our business.

My daughter called to see if they had shipping tubes for posters. I heard everything on speaker. She was rude to my daughter by saying she doesn't know what they have because they are busy. My daughter said ok thanks, of which the lady just hung up. Not very polite people. No apologies and no nothing. Is kindness missing in this society nowadays?

I agree with what someone said before, there is a group of Karen working here Lol, the woman doesn't even speak English, don't know why she was hired. Just drinking water and banging cups there. It's a pity I didn't take a picture of her, she's the rude woman with black hair.Don't worry, I won't go back. Your attitude says it all. BTW If you don't like your job, you can leave.

The two women today were not helpful at all. When I asked for advice/recommendation on shipping, attitude was given to me. I am asking because I don’t know. I also called on the phone and the woman who answered said giving instructions is not her responsibility. Rude employees. Will not go back at all.

The trainee with dark long hair was rude and gave me attitude because I did not add the certified letter stickers on the envelopes. I never had to do that before. Please give yourself a favor and go to another post office.

Please do yourself a favor and drive into town to Briargate. The people that work here are the rudest ladies I have ever dealt with. My husband encountered them today as well. He finally understands why I now go to Briargate. It is out of my way but they actually treat me with kindness and are helpful.

I visit this post office weekly and I think the two new ladies working there are fantastic. They have always been extremely friendly and nice. I also like the owner- and he has always been nothing but nice to me- and he’s a veteran. I hope folks will give them a chance- it’s so nice and convenient to have a contract post office so close by.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is not an actual USPS office, only a contractor. Because of that, they refuse to do a lot of things that a normal post office would do.Example, they adamantly refused to accept any form of pre-paid mail or mail that has already had stamps put on. They said they will only accept mail that you buy stamps there for, which I would have been fine with that if they had explained it nicely. However, they were very rude about saying it and said “It’s people like you that try to take advantage of small businesses like us because we don’t make money on those.” As someone who was not aware of this and simply thought they were like a normal post office, this come off as very accusatory and unreasonably standoffish for a local business. So I would recommend doing business with the actual post offices at Briargate or Monument, even if they are further away.

I was told by the owner that they would no longer be accepting any usps packages with prepaid labels and that I would have to go into town to mail them, he was very rude and said he would not be making any money on these packages and would not accept them. After filing a complaint with the briargate office a post master from there actually called me back and said she was sorry for the inconvenience and that the Black Forest post office has a contract that says they have to accept prepaid packages. Also that I was not the only one complaining about this issue.

This post office is 45 mins from where I live and unfortunately it's the one I belong to in Falcon. They never answer the phone for simple questions regarding my mail so I have to drive 45 mins just so they can say sorry we don't know where it is. Do better.

Absolutely horrible staff. Extremely rude and slow. They have those chemical plug in fragrance things turned up to the max, right in the aisle where you're forced to stand and wait for service. When I unplugged it because I was feeling very sick from the headache after waiting in line for so long. The cashier yelled at me to plug it back in. I told her it makes me sick and that I would have to leave if it was plugged in again.. she said "bye, have a good day, and laughed!" Basically "f-you" from the post office staff when she could have been civil.
