Very efficient and friendly. Appointment was at 10:15. We showed up at little before 10 and were out of there by 10:03. Absolutely great. Thank you.

Went over lunch to submit a passport application. The person who helped me was very nice, helpful, and efficient, and I was out of there in just a few minutes.

I had a great experience at this USPS location! Kristen was particularly helpful in helping me find out where my delivered package was when I selected no weekend delivery to a business (and got delivered on a Saturday). I would recommend coming here for any of your post office needs.

AVOID THIS POST OFFICE AT ALL COSTS. Every employee we encountered was miserable and just trying to aggravate people. They take any and every opportunity to turn people away. My fiance and I had to show up 4 different days to finally get them to send in our passport info. Passport walkin times are NOT updated on their website nor do they EVER answer any phone calls. You have to show up at least 1 time to find out they only accept walk ins for passports an hour a day 3 days a week. If you want an appointment they are ecstatic to tell you, there's no shot at getting one any less than a month out. And they recommend you show an hour before they even open the doors for walk ins in order to be the first 10 people in line, and then they don't open the doors until 8:15 even though they know you only have an hour to complete this task. They even threatened to completely take the walk in service away from us for knocking 15 minutes after their POSTED HOURS. Acting like they are doing this service out of the kindness of their hearts, forcing people to be their early and then acting annoyed when we are there on time. If I NEVER have to interact with any of those miserable people again I'd thank my lucky stars. DO NOT COME HERE. This place is a pathetic excuse for a public resource. If I could give 0 stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If coming here for a passport, come in at 6:30. Not 8:00 am like it says. It says walk ins start at 8:00 am. They actually start at 6:30 am and they only take a certain amount of people. So completely disregard their sign and come in early as you can since the sign is wrong. Just a heads up since they are wasting a good amount a peoples time who came in at 8:00 am thinking that’s how it works cause that’s usually how it does. But it is a government building so just be cautious.

They don't take credit cards for passport services, and you have to pay cash for a money order, and you can't manually enter debit card info. Its like they want to prevent you from paying. Whoever is in charge of that needs to get with the damn times and take credit cards.
Also, if you are 5 minutes late for walk ins, and no one is in line, better just turn around because they won't help you

Rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Staff is unwilling to do more than the bare minimum if that

Rude employees. Hardly Kelly talk without shouting over you. If you don’t like the job, find something else. Don’t care how old you are. If you can’t listen to concerns people have about their mail, find something else to do.

I’ve been to the some really terrible post offices in the past (especially being from Chicago), but this one changed the game. I went in to get a passport for the first time and I expected it to be like any DMV and get turned around a few times, but nope—thanks to the employee named Art, it was a very simple and FAST process. Art walked me thru the entire process and explained everything to me thoroughly about passports. I also liked that he’s an old school Army veteran. USPS if you’re reading this, please give Art a raise, he deserves it! Thanks again Art sir for time, expertise, and service.

I want to give a special shout out the the gentleman that does the passports I believe his name is Art. He was so patient and efficient and helped me get my son’s passport with ease! Some very rude people came in and yelled at him while he was working with me and he handled it with such grace and class. And there is a woman that works there who also helped me I’m sorry I can’t remember her name but she also put the rude people In their place. I urge everyone to treat these employees with kindness and respect as you should everyone. They are simply doing their best and they don’t make the rules. I think they’re wonderful! Thank you!!
