Martinez helped me with my passport today. Awesome guy that knew everything there was. Been there for 16 years and was incredibly thorough with the process. Gave me some recommendations on my passport like emailing copies and having back ups on a usb just in case. Give this man a raise!!

I put in a help request 7 days ago and have received ZERO correspondence. I cannot redo the help request as the first is still open. Trying to call proved useless as I cannot get past adding my tracking number.I have never put in a help request with a usps branch and waited more than 48 hours for a call or email.

The old lady in front was very rude and no helpful at all made my aunt cry and just did not care at all they need to talk to that lady and say something just for her and maybe even consider to get her out of that business because it is not the best for that position, maybe for one that she can be in the back and does not need to talk to anyone, and then she can be by her self and that she can just make her say bad and not anyone else’s a bad day. And as well Art should be disrespectful and one of these day someone will come in and be disrespectful for them and they will be the ones sad and that feel bad because of how they were acting, so please thank you so much and hopefully you guys do look at these and see how they act and art doesn’t show any care and doesn’t show that he cares at all to want to help anyone and doesn’t want to pay attention, and will just stand there and act like he cares and just sits there and talks to the other people who work there but doesn’t pay attention to people who need help and don’t have other things to do and can’t be standing there and waiting for when ever they are ready or want to.

My sister went there today worst experience ever if you don’t like HELPING PEOPLE why are you working at Costumer Service SUSAN!! She went there to get passports but i guess they did not know what they were doing! She went to ask for help and gave her the letter she Got and SUSAN Was having a bad Day I Guess!! Handle yourself Better next Time! Claim already made just Waiting for call!

This location is horrible. The staff is extremely rude and treat you like you are stupid. As someone who doesn't ship things often through the post office, I need help. I was treated like I was stupid and I wasn't helped at all. I had to go to a different location to get help. Even the passport specialist was rude and refused to help me. While I was in there the employees were also rude to other customers who were in line. Will not be back here and would not recommend until employees/work environment are changed.

They have cancelled our passport appointments twice now and they never pick up the phone. The USPS website also doesn't always work when you try to reschedule.

You can be efficient without being a jerk. Those who work the front desk do not need to belittle those who are foreign, nor should they be rude just because of someone’s age.

Downtown Colorado Springs post office is awesome! They consistently deliver ahead of schedule. They are friendly and quick!

I don’t think anyone necessarily looks forward to going to the post office, especially for something like a passport. However, Art was incredible. He was nice, friendly, funny, and extremely helpful. He was also great with our 2.5 year old getting his photo and gave him a toy truck. Thank you Art for making a potentially stressful experience easy and enjoyable.

You can tell the workers who work there, hate their life. The only reason they get good reviews is thanks to ART (nice man) Your lucky enough if he services you! Other than that the rest of the women are LAZY. You can’t be rude and ugly, At least pick one.

While on vacation my Ring cameras notify me that your USPS driver slammed into my BMW in front of my home. Then she proceeded to say she had a “Sneezing Attack” ..Paralyzed from the neck up is more like it

By far the best experience I have with a post office. Art was amazing with the passport process and provided me with great information about safe traveling. Art could've just been a typical employee, but he went above and beyond. Thank you Art for your service and your assistance.

Arthur was very helpful, thorough, and informative during my passport appointment. He made sure everything on my form was completed correctly. He even gave me an additional handout for safety recommendations when leaving the country. I highly recommend going to the Pikes Peak post office, and not Calhan. The offic worker there recommended I use the wrong form and it delayed my passport process.

Absolutley Godawful customer service. Every employee is mean AND incompetent. Government employees to a "t". They were over 30 minutes late for my passport appointment and then copped attitude with me.In addition, the cleanliness of this building is atrocious. Unless you are absolutley forced to, stay far away from this piece of garbage post office.
