I love this post office! It's like a neighborhood jewel. For me, the lines have moved quickly because they open a fast lane for dropping off stuff that already has a prepaid return label, like Eddie Bauer. The staff is nice, especially the supervisor, who chats it up and makes sure everyone is attended to asap. They sell greeting cards that are displayed by the waiting line and I have found that handy. The smaller size of this post office gives a more personal aspect and the customers reflect that and visit with one another. Nice. :)

Horrible customer service my wife and mother in law called about a package that wasn’t delivered was very rude talked down on them saying it was my wife’s fault and has had no other complaints from the apartment but we know there has been from are neighbors constantly told my wife to be quiet and listen he wouldn’t give his I.d badge number when asked he said he worked there for about three months and his name is desanto

The worst! Absolute laziest mailmen with horrible attitudes. That includes their rude, condescending so-called supervisors. Especially a snarky snot named Ruby. Packages to po boxes disappear when tracking says its in the facility or has actually been delivered. How do you lose mail within the post office itself? Amazon even took over doing their own deliveries within the Antares radius because too many packages were being reported delayed, damaged or lost, not necessarily stolen. The post office claims this is a high theft area. Never had a package stolen in 11 years of living in the downtown/central area. If you live in apartments, the mailmen deliver anything bigger than a #10 envelope to the rental office. Good luck ever getting your mail after that. The mailmen refuse to notify customers of deliveries. They'll tell you to follow your tracking and figure it out yourself. No one knows everything being delivered or from whom. They don't care. Its not their responsibility. Flat from the supervisors' mouths. Thats plural. Straight from one mailman's mouth: its too annoying bringing packages to customers' doors, they're not home and then having to drag them back to the post office. Its easier to just dump them on someone else. The couple of decent employees at the counter don't make up for the arrogance and incompetence of the rest. Get a po box out of their range and have all your mail forwarded. File a hard copy of the forwarding at another post office. They lose hard copies and ignore online requests for forwarding and holds. P.S. if you have informed delivery set up, with antares, you only got 50/50 odds of accurate notifications.

The staff is courteous and helpful. It normally takes about 10 mins in the line to process my order or less. In my opinion not too bad. However the facility storefront and parking is small. The facility needs to be updated.

I have a 7pound and very well behaved Medical Alert Service Dog. After standing in line for 5-minutes with a cane in my right hand and Service Dog in my left arm, an (obviously overworked) federal employee loudly demanded from behind his counter that I provide written documentation as proof for my Service Dog. His counter ironically had a big sign that stated "no waiting at this counter for the disabled". The room was full of strangers... people who were kindly trying not to bring attention to the fact that I have to deal with daily conditions that warrant the necessity of a service dog AND a cane. That is frustrating enough... having to deal with people like this.. makes going out into public a stressful ordeal. My privacy was violated. BOTH FEDERAL & State Disability laws do not require me to display or show proof of necessity. An employee is allowed to ask quietly "is that a Service Dog?" and "May I ask what he does for you?". That's it... not loudly grilling me from across the room for proof, which not only wastes everyone's time, but also distracts my Service Dog from his job, exacerbates my symptoms (changing my timeline by as much as 30-45 minutes) and violates my right to privacy regarding a medical condition. BTW... he had a clearly visible tag on his vest. I guess this area of town is more concerned with keeping out tiny dog rift-raft than providing quality customer service.

I'm tired of the service! Second time in a row that they are having problems with my package! Honestly, the usps as a whole, is just horrible service!

I have frequent issues w them and they act rude when I confront them about it. Issue that sparked this review was not mailing a package for me and failing to return my calls about said package. this office still hasn't contacted me after multiple calls but interestingly the BUYERS/package recipient local postal office contacted me apologizing. They encouraged me to contact Uintah office, but again, I've done so with no return contact. Always a problem at this location - I'll continue to support Pak Mail on Nevada instead

They do NOT have a self-service kiosk! So, now I'm forced to come back during THEIR banker's hours. Nice way to serve your customers!

I'm stumped on how to handle this post office. They have managed to lose 2 separate packages at 2 different times and they won't do anything about it. One of the packages was with over $300, and all they said was that it was delivered somewhere else and they can't find it... Jump ahead 3 weeks later and they lost another one! This tracking number says it's in their facility but no one has seen it! How does that work?!? They told me to call the company that it was from to see if they would just send another one.. they are Constantly making mistakes with deliveries and won't do anything on their end to correct the situation...

There was a delay in getting my package that I ordered for my daughter’s Christmas present. I received a text from usps stating that my package was delivered at the business in the parcel locker that I work for but most of us do not work on saturdays. I called and spoke to Vanessa at the post office and she was so helpful. She called the driver to see if he could take it back to the post office for me to pick up. The driver was able to bring it into the business building before they closed and we were able to pick it up. Huge THANK YOU to Vanessa and the driver for going above and beyond to help me get my daughters Christmas present in the nick of time! Meant so much to me and my family!! Please share this review with them. Miracles do happen, Merry Christmas!!

You can usually get in and out in 5 minutes, except at Christmas time. The mail persons at the counters are very helpful and courteous. They always ask you if you need any stamps. The parking lot is small. They have a drive through area with 2 mailboxes you can place your letters or small folders into, if they have postage stamps on them.

Ive lived all over town, and this post office has to have have some of the most punctual carriers I’ve experienced.
The building itself is somewhat outdated, but still quite well kept.

Worst service possible at this location. I think the old short guy is intentionally slow. I walked out on numerous occasions because of frustration watching him take so long to do the simplest things. I wish yelp had a choice for negative star ratings.
