Worst post office of them all about 2 months ago they lost/gave someone else my package now they are holding my packages without my consent along with now that there holding them went to pick one up today and now there saying I picked it up on the 29th why would I be in here trying to pick it up if I already picked it up so now there losing my packages even tho there holding them again without my consent I'm sure thats illegal next step is to take legal action against these crooks

The last few months that I’ve been in there there’s one guy in particular that is always there, and not only seems angry about life, but seems to hate his job. Every time I have called to check if any of my mail has been sent there (I’m in the process of moving) this man tells me rudely that it’s not, and that’s putting it nicely. As customer service is a big part of this job, it boggles my mind to see people who clearly lack customer service skills work in places like this. This place is going downhill because of people like him.

Went in with some questions about mail and was yelled at by some angry black man who was having a bad day and being short with customers normally I wouldn't mind so much the bigger issue was him yelling at a little old lady who clearly was having trouble with the pin pad for payments they really need to fire that guy or teach him common curiosity

As someone who is living in Devonshire Square, these guys ain't bad. It's conveniently located, and the drivers are the smartest of the delivery options. I've never had a failed delivery due to the driver claiming they don't have the door code, even though you've given it to them. Can't say the same about DHL or Amazon.But the post office itself definitely needs an overhaul. It looks like it hasn't had an interior update since the 1970s, and there is often a line because while there are five booths, only two are usually manned.I wish they had a Self-Service kiosk. Would probably reduce the line for those who have a simple package delivery and let people send items after hours. You have to drive 10+ minutes if you want to find a USPS with one of those.

I have a PO Box here and visit this location frequently. Everyone is nice, the lobby is small, but that’s no big deal. The only issue is parking. There’s only about 7 or 8 parking spots including the wheel chair accessible spots so if this place is busy finding parking is very difficult. Other than that, no complaints

Was ignored at counter for 15 minutes after I said I had a tracking number to check after my purchase. Took 4 times talking to 2 post masters to find my missing package and was told I would be called and was never updated just left hanging

I've had my share of problems with the USPS and tried to get them solved at this location -- it's almost never the fault of the person at the desk. They are tired, I see them get obscenely yelled at by a customer every time I'm there... just take it easy on them. You will have to wait in line most times, that's normal. These folks work in a broken system and they are clearly doing the best they can personally. I've had more good interactions here than bad. Thank you all for what you do.

Absolutely incompetant people. Trying to get any assistance from anyone there is an absolute nightmare. International package mailed in January, returned by customs in Paris, then held by customs in New York with no notice to me at all. 6 attempts at getting assistance from this post office and told multiple times that they would get back to me with 72 hours and never heard back from them even once. Finally referred to the International section, who told me they would get back to me in 24-48 hours and once again never heard back. Called today and asked for the International mail number and of course , once again, they screw up and give me a number for some customs line that has nothing to do with anything except mailing produce.They keep telling me that once customs gets something , the Post office can't help, although the customs website specifically states that you must go through the post office to get your item back...the incompetance is mind blowing and the training must be horrible, not to mention the attitude of the front desk staff. they obviously hate their jobs and based upon their attitudes and performance, they shouldn't even be dealing with the public. it is obvious to me why more and more people use email and that fed x and UPS will eventually be the end for the U.S Post Office.they have apparently also made it quite difficult to post comments about them
