Visited the post office today and never had any issues ever with the front desk but today didn’t seem like it was Ameera’s day. I pressed the wrong button and she made it seem like I was an inconvenience and there was not a line . Not very friendly or helpful and I even greeted her with a smile and how are you today. Hopefully she was just having a day or something and not like this to other customers all the time.

Really bad experience. Male staff was very rude and not helpful. All the other post offices around are much better and the staff are more knowledgeable. Consider taking the time to drive to a different post office.

I personally have a great time here, the post office folks get the job done and as quick as they can. They’re often bombarded with lots of people and because it’s a government job sometimes there are online issues like change of address or packages lost in transit which are both unfortunate but a lot of times it’s out of their control! They’re doing their best and should be treated with respect, I go here almost daily because I have an online business and have never had an issue

I’ve never left a review before but be warned your packages are not safe being delivered by this post office.
I was waiting for a package to be delivered a month ago and when it got delivered it was supposed to be in a parcel locker at my apartment. Well when I went to get my package they had apparently given someone else another copy of the same key to the same parcel locker and my package was stolen. I’ve talked to their management and I’ve filled out all the reports online, which have been closed because it was “delivered”. I even gave them the key back and showed them the same pictures that are attached to this.

Understaffed. Only one clerk on Saturdays. She was helpful, but it was about a 20 minute wait in a long line. Automated kiosk for mailing packages, but that line was slow also.

Probably the worst post office in the city. Went today for a simple shipment and watched one of the employees at the front literally yell at a customer who was asking a question. Extremely embarrassing and made me never want to go back.

I just got a new mail carrier and she is so awful at driving that she’s decided to put my mail on hold because I have a truck parked in front of my house that is 4 feet from the mailbox. Have it as close to my driveway as possible.I have lived here five years and haven’t had a problem until this new Lady. And I know my neighbours are also having problems because they were out front with me talking to a different carrier about our new carrier one day, and she said that my whole neighbourhood is complaining about this new Lady. Marissa J medrano does not answer any emails. I have sent five since February 14th . I called in at the beginning of the week to see if my mail was on hold and the man lied to me and he said it wasn’t , and they put a notice in my mailbox that it is. He also said he was going to see why Marissa doesn’t answering her emails, but he lied about that also because nothing has been answered. I will be filing a complaint with the inspector generals office.Nobody here at this office seems to want to do their jobs.
I’m adding to this because I just went next-door and talked to my Neighbor who also received a letter in his mailbox that his mail was on hold. He went in to get his mail and spoke to Marissa J herself and she told him that their post office is getting so many complaints they decided to put our mail on hold instead of fixing their problems. Marisa needs to step up and do her job, and realise you don’t punish the people because your people are not doing their jobs You. You make your employees do their jobs correctly so you do not receive complaints. This is so absolutely unbelievable. I cannot believe it’s not a joke, but this post office is.

Avoid! Worst employees you'll ever encounter at any post office. Trust the previous reviews. 0 customer service, kindness is free, but here they'll make your experience the worst. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this one deserves it.

Apparently reading is beyond the skill set at this facility. Three times now I have had a parcel returned to the sender for “unknown addressee”. I have twice verified my mailing address with this facility yet still cannot seem to get my mail. When asked about the issue, there is no care whatsoever to rectify the situation. It must be nice to be paid for being useless.
