Spent time and money without a car coming to the post office for in person verification that I've never had to do before for address changes but they charged my bank already of course. Showed up with medical bills, paystubs, along with other accounts showing address and name and my photo id, all showing my address along with new lease and new address and because I don't have a car to show them my car insurance or title they won't complete! Wasted money, time, and obviously have charged my bank to do this but they refuse to do. Absolutely horrendous systems being implemented, along with incompetent employees who can't ever do anything!

Tenant lost my mailbox key. Went to this place to get a copy. The manager insisted me to show my property warranty deed. I showed her the copy. But she insisted to show her original. I asked my title company to provide the original. They said they can't do that. So the manager refused to give me the key. I tried to explain but she was too rude to listen. I gave up until a mailman met me in my home and verified my ownership.

I remember when this Post Office was built in the 90s. When I was in the Springs from 1984 - 1997 I have used this station many times and found it's employees to be helpful and professional.

Put 2 stamps on our wedding invitations and this post office returned them to us 3 weeks later saying insufficient postage. We had to redo and replace our envelopes and took them downtown to mail and they only required one stamp per envelope. Avoiding this PO from now on which is probably what they want.

Lisa is absolutely awesome. I had a package going to the wrong address and she was so kind and helpful and was able to get the issue resolved. Amazing experience, thanks Lisa!

To give everyone an idea how long it takes to drop off a package at this location …It ate up my entire lunch waiting in line to drop off a package and was late getting back to work. There is too many people for very few employees there.

Employee refused me service. Utterly the worst experience ever had at a USPS facility

The employees steal. Every time someone sends me gift cards in the mail the piece of mail magically disappears or gets “damaged” but all my bills show up in perfect envelopes? I’ve lost 4 different Christmas cards with multiple cards in them.

Not only is the line ridiculously long every day of the week, when you try to avoid the long line by printing your own package labels from their website and then schedule carrier pick up, the carrier that picked up my packages did not do her job right by failing to scan one of the packages like she was supposed to and then that same package gets lost. I then call the 1-800 number for assistance and it still doesn't get resolved. I call the post office and speak with supervisor Steve just to be given a sob story of how busy they are and hopefully the package "will turn up". Easy for you to say Steve. It's not YOUR grandchildren's Christmas presents that are missing. After being lost nearly a week, I file a "missing mail search" and low and behold the package turns up the following day. If the carrier had done their job right, hours spent on the phone, stress and highly escalated conversations could've been avoided. Like there isn't enough stress just caused by the Season itself, this post office has to add to it! Thanks for absolutely NOTHING supervisor Steve.

After waiting the line that runs out the door and reaching the counter I asked the older man who was assisting me at usps to print the label for me. He then coldly stated that they do not offer printing services and couldn’t tape my box for me. I didn’t argue with him and just left to staples.PSA : STAPLES PRINTS YOUR LABELS FOR YOU, TAPES YOUR BOX FOR YOU, AND SHIPS YOUR USPS OR UPS ITEMS FOR YOU. NO LINE WAITED. IT WAS EMPTY.

Every time I have gone here to mail a package, the line has been 10-15 people long. Set aside 45 minutes if you're going here, because it will not be quick. The older woman at the counter is rude as hell. Overall a deeply unpleasant experience for what should be a really quick and simple process.

USPS left a missed delivery notice, which told me told pick up my package at this location. I drove across town to this post office during normal posted work hours to try and get my package but it was closed.Absolutely horrible customer service. If you’re not going to work during your normal posted hours just be honest with people and update your slips and door sign and stop wasting our time.Terrible post office and terrible customer service; I will never use this location. I only had to come here because they have my package.Do better USPS.

This post office is the definition of incompetence. Scan the packages when I drop them off, how hard is that? If you want your packages to actually go to their intended destinations, don’t take them here! Your packages will sit for days until going anywhere!
