When I went in it was two days before Christmas, and the place was really busy. But once it was my turn they took good care of me, patiently answering my questions and helping me choose a new phone.

I had to go in for assistance with my Samsung S22 Ultra, and I was in a horrible mood due to the issues I was encountering. Thankfully, I was assisted by Robert, who turned out to be an extremely knowledgeable and friendly associate. Had it not been for Robert, I doubt I would have had as positive an experience as I did. To whomever it matters, Robert is an astounding employee!

Avoid trading in your phone with them. They'll make all kinds of promises about promotions, but once you sign the agreement, you'll start seeing unexpected charges on your bill. If you return the phone within 30 days, they'll impose various fees. On top of that, they may intimidate you into accepting these terms and refuse to return your traded phone even if you are in your 30 days window.

Zero stars. Worst customer service and professionalism. Basically zero knowledge on their jobs. Not sure how these people are getting paid let alone still have a job. Went in to fix my screen. They set up an appointment for 2 days later at ubreakifix at 10am. The store they sat the appointment with doesn't even open until 12pm and is in fact shut down. Went back to this Verizon store and they directed me to a different ubreakifix. This store said they can't do anything until Verizon transfers the claim to that store. Went BACK to this store and they told us it would be 45 minute wait. We tried speaking with the woman "manger" about the situation and how we had already been in 3 different times. She proceeded to say she wouldn't work with us, that we can wait longer to work with a different employee. She said we were raising our voices which is completely false and kicked us out of the store. Problem is still involved. Pathetic store and people working there.

I moved to Verizon from att and it’s only been DAYS. I’m not going to drop names other than the fact that I have not been thoroughly taken care of from beginning to current. I can’t say to the end because my devices have not all been transferred. I seriously don’t understand why it was such a crappy set up. My person kept telling me I needed to go back to att to ask for the numbers on four of my six devices in order to transfer them over to Verizon. I’ve had these numbers for AGES!! Why if I signed a contract with you do I need to go back to my old company for information??? I even had to go to the att store to get some pin to transfer services!! That makes absolutely no sense!! Then all I was told was to download the My Verizon app but nothing after that! I wasn’t told about billing dates, what to expect even if it was estimate…..even the phone setup was half assed because it was 20 minutes before he goes home and he essentially directed me saying I was good. He gave me his work number but was off the next day and he specifically told me he does not answer his work number when he’s off. Ok I get it but there should always be someone else who has customer information in order to help when the other isn’t around.
As for the app, I can’t even set up my account because something funky is going on with my phone that I cannot get verification codes to set up my emails. I can’t proceed with anything. Literally. At least my phone line is “working”. It’s an upgrade from my iPhone 14 to the 15 but I don’t think it’s worth the “free” device. Some of my emoticons are subdued. I’ve never seen that before.
When it comes to electronics, you cannot assume everyone knows what they are doing. And then on top of that he said he could offer his services for $30?!?! I have two watches that have dedicated phone numbers and lines (not synced to the phone) so that without the phones I can make phone calls. If I chose to give a watch to someone in the family, I want it for safety reasons. This person, when he opened my accounts, had auto generated new numbers without even asking me! I had to ask about these numbers! I promise you I’ve had some of these phone numbers for years that it’s probably older than his existence. I’m so heated right now. I did not expect to come over to Verizon to be treated the same way as I’ve been from its competitor.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Extremely rude, young lady works here. Kept talking over, interrupting conversation, not the type of customer service expected. Verizon should be ashamed.

Cj is an absolutely incredible provider. I had an insane situation with a cracked screen and insurance and he was able to provide help and a friendly environment through a stressful situation.

*UPDATE* Went through the BBB and Verizon (not the store) handled everything and corrected the errors. Looks like the guy working there needs to get a wake up call before rudely responding to me and making condescending remarks. He doesn’t need to be working customer service.
Laughable corporate store. Two guys working the front today even stated they go through so many managers and no one stays. Every time I’m in I hear another person complaining about billing mishaps. They messed up my account so many times and are trying to charge me activation fees for phones I never successfully obtained, turned on, activated or had a working number with but somehow I activated and used for a month. Went in and closed my account with a sales guy working there and he closed the account out wrong. Has no proof of the paperwork I signed the night I closed it out and is acting like I’ve never had an appointment there. Showed him my bill for $0 and he’s saying that’s the wrong bill but there’s no proof or paperwork for their bill after account was closed. Again also never actually had a working product or service with them. Kept talking over me and then sent me on my way. Literally wonder how people act like this and go about their lives. The bad in this world is an example within the Verizon staff. Over them and wasting my time trying to fix something they messed and have no consideration for even trying to listen and resolve their problems. Going about my day and enjoying dinner and the rest of my life - never using verizon.

Best Verizon corporate store in town! They're top of the food chain.... It's an army thing if you know you know. Cario saved me hundreds of dollars just by helping bundle Disney, ESPN, HULU. Just by ask how are you paying for it "HULU". So grateful I checked. He also helped with my upgrade and dropped off old phone hundreds of the new phone. Cheers #Respect #thankyouCARIO@Verizon!

Neil, the manager, was an absolute tool and no help whatsoever. Was immediately condescending regarding a business account. Refused to help in any way shape or form. When be said the authorizing user had to be there, I informed him that they live in Minnesota and don't have the ability to teleport. He then kicked me out of the store lol. I'll also be filing a complaint at the highest level via our business rep. Enjoy Neil!
