“This is a small and wonderful little health food store. The prices are pretty bad, even for a health food store, so if you can find what you need somewhere else, go somewhere else. But the beauty of Mountain Mama is that they carry a lot of products that are difficult to find elsewhere, especially for those with sensitivities to gluten, dairy, etc. The staff are very nice and chill, and they've got some great in-house baked products.”

“This is a follow up from previous review. Please understand I'm not a Dr, herbalist, or anything else to be considered an expert by any means, but I originally contacted Sage Consulting to order a product that I hoped would help my recently diagnosed diabetes and found this product most likely helped lower my blood sugar levels. Came across another product that was specifically made to assist lowering sugar levels also ordered this high sugar assistance product. After a few days of taking this and previous item I ordered, my levels are now in the good level. Can't say how anyone else may be affected with these items but I can say I'll most likely be ordering more of these products to avoid taking any medications for this problem, as much rather take something natural than fall into big pharma grubby hands.”

“As someone with a lot of dietary restrictions, Natural Grocer’s has become one of my main stores for grocery shopping and vitamin/supplement needs. They have some unique finds, and the produce is always great, even if the selection isn’t as large as its competitors. It’s a tad pricier but signing up for rewards has helped with earning coupons and finding deals.”
“At my wits end to improve the condition of my hair and nails and at the suggestion of a local distributor of Zemvelco products, I purchased their liquid Silicia supplement and faithfully took the supplement. When I ran out of my first bottle I met a friend and neighbor in the building laundry room and he asked what I had done to my nails because they were beautiful. We had shared a common concern about our fingernails having vertical lines and breaks, peeling and breaking without success in growing them let alone looking healthy so I was surprisingly shocked he noticed the tremendous improvement in my nails. I am stunned at the hardness and growth with noticeable improvement in the vertical lines, no more peeling and no splitting along the vertical lines. My nails are so hard they used to break down to the skin line with the slightest hit but now they don't (though I'm still cautious about strikes to my nails), I have not seen increased new hair growth but it is growing like never before. I have hypothyroidism and have struggled all my life with skin, nail, hair issues and I knew of the Silica mineral/salt but don't trust so many supplement companies (most are actually owned by companies like Nestle) and their cost is prohibited. I have now finished three bottles of the Silica and am now beginning to see a real difference in the joints of my fingers which have had arthritis but are minimally swollen and I have no stiffness in the mornings. I am now discontinuing all pill supplements (particularly Pure Encapsulations now owned by Nestle) and using the Zemvelco supplements. Not only are they much more affordable but I now know without a doubt that they deliver results and finally I can stop putting the microcrystalline and cellulous capsulations into my stomach. I'm so appreciative of this company and I hope they never sell out to big pharma and always keep their products reasonably affordable. BTW, my friend/neighbor has subscribed to recurring delivery of the Silica and looking forward to the results he WILL see.”
“Food is good, especially for meal kit standards. I haven’t had any problems with any meal except for some of the cheaper ones, but adding your own sauces is a common practice anyways. Can get a little pricey over time, but managing macros and calories is rather easy with the membership. My experience is after a month of meals, ordered 7 meals/week.”
