Review posted 2/5/24 9:30 AM, last snow was 2/4/24.They don't salt the handicap spots so they were just a sheet of ice after the snow we just had. Not good for people with mobility issues that need to come in to pickup their medicine and over the counter stuff. Had to park further out where the sun had melted stuff and walk the long way around so I wouldn't slip and die on the ice rink they've got going.

This has been our family pharmacy for over 30 years. It use to be in the old Mall of the Bluffs. They treat me like family. While it is true that service has been impacted by shortening of hours, low staffing, etc., I find that this particular Walgreen’s makes every effort to provide excellent service. The pharmacists, techs and associates are all knowledgeable and always willing to assist with any questions I have. Thank you Walgreen’s Pharmacy for excellent customer service!

Showed up at 9:55 pm which was 5 minutes before closing and they were already closed. I urgently needed my meds and couldn't get them because their employees didn't want to work a full shift. Closing 10 minutes early is inexcusable.

How embarrassing, I don't have prescription insurance! When I showed a value RX card I was astonished at the price of an inhaler over $1000.00. I mention my god, it's either rent, bills, or die because I can't breathe. I simply can't afford 180 puffs for over a grand. To hear a woman yell from behind the person I was working with, ITS NOT HIS FAULT he just works here, He doesn't need to be told that I'm the boss!I said sticker shock over life and death isn't rude it's expressing grief and anxiety, thanks for the compassion and empathy.never again Walgreens, its not the drug price its how you belittle people because they can't afford it.She shouldn't be working with people, this medication I need and simply can't afford, so I vented looking for empathy not responsibility.CVS lets be friends.

Went thru the drive up, and Informed the pharmacist on duty that my prescription wasn't showing ready after 90mins, and I just wanted to make sure the doc had sent to the right store, she quickly took my name, confirmed it was ready and verified my number, the doc had entered my wife's number. Great service.

Almost passed out in the store. Manager was super awesome and made sure I was ok. Very friendly and kind.

The Walgreens corporate office is apparently too busy counting their personal profits to notice their stores lack the staff and resources to remain viable. We've lived down the street from this store for 19 years and have stayed loyal to them even after a brand new CVS opened just across the street. However, they are no longer able to meet my family's needs. I returned to the store nearly 3 hours after dropping off an antibiotic prescription and it hadn't even been started. My husband had left off multiple prescriptions hours earlier and only 2 had been completed. In the past turn around times were less than an hour, even in cold and flu season. I requestEd my written prescription be returned and I'll have it filled tomorrow at the hospital where I work, delaying my starting the medication until tomorrow. The convenient location has been offset by the under resourced facility. Too bad for your employees and, now, former, customers.

The staff here are always friendly and able to help when I have questions. If my insurance wouldn't have stopped covering my medication at Walgreens pharmacy, I never would have got my prescriptions anywhere else!

Thanks to the covid crap, Walgreen, along with other pharmacies, is way under staffed. The people at the pharmacy refused to answer my call and continually put me on hold for over 35 minutes--until they disconnected me. I FINALLY got through by asking for the store manager (who I was NOT put through to) and was eventually transferred to the pharmacy when I was forced to put my sick mother on the phone because the staff member would not give me the information I needed. My mother was eventually able to speak with the actual pharmacist who did help my her. The staff need to realize that, because of my mother's illness and allergies to numerous antibiotics, calling in was my only real option without my driving back and forth from the pharmacy--driving back to report the information to my mom, because she is not able to get to the phone. If Walgreens cares about their customers, they will start paying people enough money to take a job. FJB

On par for a Walgreens, no more, no less. Everything you'd find in any other Walgreens you can expect to find here as well.

Kelly was awesome, kind, receptive, helpful so I thought I would share this. The Walgreens that I normally use was out of my medication so I called this location, Kelly was accommodating and kind when she filled the prescription for me. It's sad that the majority of people who comment the most are unhappy and people who are very happy with their service, don't usually comment and share that information.

I went in to Walgreens asking about a medicine for my 2 year old and the pharmacy was no help at all. I was asking for an alternative to a medicine that the wrong told me to give my child and she said I don't know what to tell you. She didn't offer anything else or offer to come out and look what he could take, nothing just a snarky comment and then I told the manager that the pharmacy is rude and snarky and he said ok and walked off, didn't ask me to explain, didn't apologize for his staff, nothing. I would give them a one and say the only reason I go to this one is because I work right next to it, but horrible customer service from the pharmacy and the manager. I have done customer service for over 10 years and it's def not like it used to be. I wouldn't go here! Avoid this one! On to the next!
