A couple nights ago, I walked into the store and observed a vehicle backed into the handicapped spot with the headlights on. As I walked inside, the first thing I saw was a man frantically grabbing cigarettes off the shelf behind the cash register. Then I saw the cashier, a very young girl, standing off to the side. I asked if she was okay and if she wanted me to call anybody and she said "no there's nothing we can do about it". So i continued my shopping. Toward the back of the store I observed a man filling his pockets with merchandise. I shopped for approximately 10 minutes. I observed the young cashier call for help over the intercom and looked around to realize she was alone in the store. I went to pay, and when I requested a cigarette purchase, the young cashier had to call for a manager. Only then did the manager and another young man appear from the back office. While I was paying, the man who had been stuffing his pockets simply walked right out the door with arms full of merchandise. After paying, I stood inside the store until I saw the criminals drive away because I didn't feel safe walking to my car. Sadly, I also didn't feel safe in the store. More importantly, it is unfathomable to me that a young girl be left alone at the cash register when people can just walk 5 feet in the door and rob her while 2 male employees are hiding in the back offices. Between this incident and the young girl who was murdered inside a different store, I am terrified for my life to ever return to a Walgreens location. Although I know shoplifters cant be approached, I sincerely hope that they consider not leaving young female cashiers alone with their lives in danger.

Cannot get a prescription filled at this pharmacy anymore. I’ve called several times to ask for progress and tell them to fill the prescription without billing insurance but the order has disappeared from my account twice and the pharmacy staff is not helpful. I guess I’ll just stop breathing because my asthma is no longer controlled.

Only reason I’m not leaving a 1 start is because Adrian was the only person who was actually being kind and giving great customer service when I called about my prescription. The female pharmacist I spoke to could use an attitude adjustment.

The manager is horrible and disrespectful! Extremely bad experience.

Had a vaccine appointment. Drove all the way out there, they told me they were out. Why wouldn’t they call or cancel the appointment? Completely inconsiderate and wasted my time and resources. Made no attempt to make it right or adequately apologize.

The pharmacy isn't reliably open because of "staffing issues". Meds take forever to fill. I hate this pharmacy.

We have used Walgreens for 20+ years with great success until the past couple years. Due to issues at this location we switched to a different location and then started having the same problems at that Walgreens. The pharmacy staff are consistently rude and it takes a long time for scripts to be filled, sometimes days. They don’t care if it is a medication that is needed right away. Time to find a new place to get our prescriptions.

Zero - The Pharmacy is the worst have seen. I had to leave King Soopers because they no longer use Tricare. We moved to Walgreens. They are unable to figure out how to charge insurance. I have 2 different insurances and they can’t figure it out. I now need to find another pharmacy. I left without the prescription.

For the past several months, EVERY TIME I try to pick up a prescription here, regardless of the day or time, it takes at least 30 minutes (minimum). Today I was told that it takes so long because they‘ve “cut their tech hours”. So I’ll be using a new pharmacy going forward. I don’t mind a long wait every once in a while - stuff happens. But it’s ALWAYS an insanely long wait here, which is completely unacceptable.

The slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve been three or four separate times. Each has taken over 30 minutes. Im confident the drive thru and in store compete for who can move slower. As I stand in line right now I’m moving my default pharmacy with my doctor’s office.

This is a good Walgreens. Admittedly, I find Walgreens to be reasonably good at every location I've ever gone to. I rarely have to wait long at this location and the staff is generally pleasant, never rude, and everyone is competent. One day I did encounter an emergency closure because of staffing problems. That's a structural issue and not the fault of anybody at this location. I just came back another day for my prescriptions.

First bad yelp review I've ever done. Thank you pharmacy for never taking my call on hold forever. Just don't have a phone line if you don't plan on answering.

Wendy in the pharmacy is literally the rudest person I have ever encountered. I sorry you hate your job, that's not my fault. Was contemplating transferring pharmacies, not doubt I will now. She literally said only the following things to me. "Date of birth" "what's your address". No "hi." No "do you have any questions." No "that'll be $15." No "thank you." Nothing. You don't have to love your job Wendy, but you don't have to hate me for showing up. I feel sorry for your family when you get home. I'm sure you take it out in them.

Refilling a prescription here is painful. The staff is unprofessional and rude.
