I NEVER post reviews, but this particular store clerk was worth bringing attention to and mentioning.I needed a passport photo ASAP and had gone into the Royal Pines Walgreens (realizing it was late, so just to ask what their passport photo hours were). The clerk I asked then asked another woman their hours. She did not even ACKNOWLEDGE HIM and I had to then re-ask several times. She saltily said, “you better get here before 7:30 and 8 a.m, no later”. I thanked them and decided to stop at this store alternatively (as her attitude was so poor- it was like pulling teeth to get an answer). So into the Lexington store I go (not expecting a photo, but just to ask their hours). BOTH clerks/store associates were incredibly helpful and pleasant. The gentleman who deserves MUCH thanks though, was Amos. He not only was kind and easy to work with, but he could take my photo right then (& said they could up until 9:30 p.m.). It was processed in a matter of minutes!!Thank you to AMOS, for being so incredibly helpful!!! It’s people like you who make a difference. If you need a late night passport photo ASAP (or just good customer service in general), this is the place to go!

My prescription was delayed for 8 days. When I went to check on it finally, the technician informed me that there was no way this was going to filled. I don’t know if or when they planned to tell me this after over a week delay with no follow up.When I asked what he recommended I do, he suggested that I “find another pharmacy outside of the Walgreens network”

Pharmacy staff is usually very condescending and are zero help when trying to use coupons or try other coverage to find better prices. They are obviously under staffed but the rude behavior by many of them has forced me to look elsewhere.

These guys tried to squeeze my girlfriend for $300 for a medication that’s $50 everywhere else, just because she needs it. They made her wait weeks to even get it. Avoid

I have been a customer here for almost a decade and it’s been pretty much the worst.Recently they played a really mean game with me where I called in on Monday, asked for my vyvanse prescription to be filled generic. They said it’d be ready the next day. I checked again the next day and had the same conversation.Wednesday, I call, they said “the computer deleted” my prescription. I wait till Friday for my doc to put in another. It again goes in as brand name, so I call to start the whole process over again.Except this time, they claim they have no generic vyvanse in stock, and that it’s been discontinued, and after I express my frustration, the guy admits they were messing around with me the whole time and they never had it in stock at any point, and never intended to fill it.After waiting two weeks for my doc to call in another, Walmart was able to fill it with zero problem. They were literally just doing it all for funsies.Pretty much every prescription for injection needles mysteriously disappears between my doctor calling it in, and me getting it. Gender-affirming care gets massively inflated in price over what it actually costs.I let these guys play games with my meds for years because I figured it was normal. It’s not. You deserve better. Especially if you’re trans.

BRO the guy with the long hair that works there genuinely needs to be put on a watch list, I went to this Walgreens over the weekend and I am STILL thinking about the conversation with him.He mentioned he worked at another location (I believe off of Fillmore) prior but was moved before he “ended up blowing someone’s head off”. He just really gave me a weird vibe and I just know if anything happen one day and he does it, I will not be shocked.

Best Walgreens this side of CO Springs. Quick service and great customer service every time I’ve been. Night and day over the one on Briargate

Photo pick up went great. Tried to get my flu vaccine and wasn’t able to. The pharmacy tech said it’s because I was giving him my prescription benefits number instead of my actual insurance member ID. He talked to me very patronizingly. I showed him my card and he still couldn’t figure it out so I just went to King Soopers and they gave it to me in like five minutes. Using the same card that I gave him the walgreens guy.

Signed up for the COVID booster today and had an appointment time. I arrived 15 min early and there were 4 people waiting ahead of me. Eventually I left to go back to work and no one had received any vaccines in the 35-40 minutes I was there. Absolutely terrible that they can't handle doing vaccines. If they do not have the time or the staff to provide these, they should not be scheduling them. Very disappointed.

They always have some excuse for having something take so long. I call amd see that they got the prescription and said yes it will be 45 min. I go there 3 or 4 hours later and they tall me it will be 30 min they haven't got to it yet. This has happend a few times with them and now Im done going there.

Walgreen's pharmacy does not stand by the prices they quote you. Paid $38 after insurance for some eye drops. Called in for a refill two weeks later and was told it would be $38 at the counter. Arrived a couple hours later to pick up the prescription and was told it would be $47. Explained to them I paid $38 two weeks ago and was quoted $38 two hours ago. Their policy is "the customer is always wrong". Do business elsewhere!

If it isn't one thing with this pharmacy, it's another. Ever since I switched from King Soopers to walgreens, it has been nothing but a headache. The people who work here either don't have proper training on the system they use, or they are just flat-out lazy. There is no in between. I have yet to get an order filled in a timely manner, and I have to call multiple times to remind them to submit my actual script. They use the same excuse, "that medicine is out of stock, but will be here in 1-2 days" but when I press the issue, it magically appears on the shelf, they just must've missed it. Caroline is nice though and will go extra lengths to help you, but the staff working for her seem to not give a damn.
