On Friday morning at 9 am, I asked them to fill a prescription for drug A that just got called in. They said no problem, 1/2 hour. Did't get the notification that it was filled until 6 pm. I went to pick up on Sat and they had filled the wrong prescription. In fact, drug A never even made it to them even though they said they received it. They told me to call my provider who isn't in on Sat afternoon. If they a) actually listened to the drug I needed filled or b) got it done in the 1/2 hours they said, I could have had this resolved Friday when the provider was in. Now, out of medicine for the weekend.

Walgreens everywhere have been egregiously bad for a long time now. But this one just happens to be closer. Here’s a few examples demonstrating how their customer service is atrocious.1) Sat in the drive through over an hour once. Got to the window, and the tech then said, “Uhh, we close at 5 o’clock.”2) Had an appointment for a shingles vaccine. Showed up, and was told, “We ran out of the vaccine a couple days ago.”3) Went for a flu and Covid vaccine, and thanks to poor staffing, I was there over two hours.4) Went for a pneumovax, spent an hour explaining to the tech I met the criteria to get the vaccine, based on immunosuppressing medications I take. This was despite them having given me other vaccines the previous year, also because of being immunosuppressed.5) All Walgreens routinely charge $100-200 for medications that cost $50, or even less, everywhere else.6) They routinely refuse to transfer non-controlled medications to other pharmacies.

Pharmacy is now closed on Saturday and Sundays. This is a place where you get medicine for sick people and should be open every day of the week. It shouldn't shut down because Walgreens doesn't know how to treat their pharmacy teams. Do better Walgreens.

Garbage pharmacy with negligent service. My daughter’s medication has been canceled twice by the staff sighting no more refills and doctors office rejecting the refills. I called the doctor and they said no one from the pharmacy called and that the prescription shows available refills. The staff at this Walgreens should all be fired.

If you want to wait on hold for an hour just to be repeatedly hung up on by their pharmacy techs, this is the store for you! They will tell you you're script is ready in an hour but it won't be ready till the next day! Honestly though, it's great that Walgreens hires mentally handicapped people for their pharmacy. Very inclusive!But for real, I could have needed life saving medication and this location would make sure I'd die. 0 stars is more appropriate.

Horrible Pharmacy Staff! Obviously overworked! Was on hold to speak to someone in the pharmacy about my prescriptions. They kept placing me on hold 3 different times without saying a word. The hold calls time out after awhile and the phone then rings, so, they just put you on hold again and again without ever speaking to you. Also, Lame background music while you’re waiting for one of the pharmacy personnel to answer the phone. Way RUDE! They deserve the rating that they have. I would give them zero stars…..??

The staff here is awful. Sunshine is the worst. She never follows through with things she says. Prescriptions never ready when they say they are. She says she'll call or be on it and she hasn't been in the years I've been stuck using this pharmacy. The staff ignores you, doesn't help quickly. More than half the staff is laughing and chit chatting while one worker actually works. I have never had a good experience here. Staff needs to get it together. Sunshine needs to do what she says she will- being the pharmacist she should be on top of her game. Do know you'll have to babysit them to get anything done at a snail pace.

I requested a refill for my child’s medication over a week ago, have tried calling and no one answers. I’ve tried going in, but the line is too long, it runs the length of the aisle. I FINALLY got someone to answer the phone and he literally told me that it wouldn’t have been filled without me calling, he would have it ready in 15 minutes. He said they aren’t staffed to handle the volume of business they have. DO NOT BRING YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE

Never ontime on time and ready with medicins.Always more than 1 hour wait and really painful to get medicine on time at this location..Staff should understand and value customer time

Every visit to the pharmacy is a travail. The issues range from the system (phone and app) telling me orders are ready only to find out that they do not have the meds. Refill gaffs, billing mistakes. It is the worst. I'm waiting now for them to fill an order and there are 6 folks behind the counter yet there is a line. I realize that they probably need even more staff. Walgreens you need to do better, I had similar problems with the Monument store before COVID. Of anyone reading this review has better recommendations for a pharmacy them please post a reply. I can't recommend this place to anyone.
