Waited over 20 min in drive thru line and didn’t move forward one car. Phone line to check on status or call store just hangs up. Never using Walgreens again

I ordered 3 Walgreens photo books and 3 gift boxes online. The website for doing that is pretty user-unfriendly; it took me 2 hours to make up the order. However, I eventually figured it out and submitted the order and asked for delivery to the Woodland Park, CO store. I was given a time for pickup. When I went to the store a couple days later, the order was not ready. The associates were helpful but frittered around for about 15 minutes before calling the store manager. When she arrived, she acted like I was wasting her time, telling me she couldn't call or email when (and if) the order arrived. I left very unhappy with the incompetent treatment I had received.
When I realized the Woodland Park store was pretty messed up, I called Walgreens help line. I talked to an associate whose first language obviously wasn't English. When I explained the problem, she told me "the machine is broken" at the Woodland Park store (why couldn't the manager have told me that??). When I asked the phone associate whether I could switch the order to another store, she had no idea where there were other stores near my zip code and didn't seem to want to help. When I got angry and asked her if I could cancel the order, she suddenly discovered a store in Colorado Springs and said she could take care of switching the order. Within an hour, the Colo. Spr. store called and said the order was ready.
When I arrived at the Colo. Spr. store, the order was ready, and I was happy with the photo books. However, somewhere during all this farting around, the order for the gift boxes disappeared. The store had no gift boxes and didn't seem to even know such things existed. At this point, I was just happy to have the photo books and left.
I would never recommend Walgreens for anything beyond the simplest photo orders. The online site is unreliable and the associates and store managers don't seem to know what they're doing.

After I saw the doctor I went to pick up my prescription and the person at the drive through Walgreens told me that the prescription wasn’t ready that I would have to come back in an hour (when they were no busy at all) so, we came back in an hour and a big sign on the window stating that the pharmacy meal break. They should care more about people getting their medication.

Don't be telling someone that a prescription will be ready the next day when they pick up one the previous day, unless you know that it will be ready. You should tell them, "it looks like you have a couple of more prescriptions that are needing to be filled, once ready, we will call you. "

Honestly I have never really had any major problems with the pharmacy team. Always nice even though they are short staffed at times. I recommend the Walgreens on airport and circle. Been sending my patients there for their prescriptions.

This Walgreens is fantastic. They customer service oriented. I ran out of my prescription and ran down there and they filled it right before they were to close without an issue. The clerks at the front of the store are just as friendly and helpful.Everyone has a great attitude here!

You might get your prescription or u might not doesn't matter if it's life saving or not. They close shop whenever and no staffing they don't care of they have your business or not and they won't answer the phone... if u get an automated call about a prescription being ready it's more than likely a lie. They love wasting your time as well.
