God help you if you need to contact these people by phone. I needed medicine for my child's ear infection and the doctor screwed up the prescription so that insurance would not accept it and it needed to be made out as a new prescription. I was told the doctor needed to call in so I contacted the after hours line. The after-hours doctor on call tried to help and he was on hold for over 40 minutes and they never picked up. I myself have spent nearly 2 hours on hold with them including time I spent waiting in line at the store, watching them ignore the phone entirely as it rang and rang.I have tried to move my regular refill prescriptions to another pharmacy but guess what, these people ignore faxes from other pharmacies as well as calls from patients and doctors! Absolutely terrible service, which sucks because the staff themselves are nice. Unfortunately, nice does not cure ear infections. This place needs outside help to fix their workflow.

I don’t know what management is doing at this store, but it is the filthiest Walgreens I’ve ever walked into. The entrance hasn’t seen a broom or vacuum in probably a year. The POS (point of sale) machines in the pharmacy are covered in dust which gives me concerns of other workspaces closer to the drugs. I had to change my pickup store because this location is so disgusting. Lazy workers and lazy management. Yech!

When I showed up to this Walgreens on December 8th to pick up my medication my daughter and I were very disrespected and the ladies behind the counter had the most disrespectful attitude you can ever imagine from any pharmacist or whatever the girls are in blue pharmacist helpers. As we were walking out the store and my daughter began to cry because she didn't understand why the girls behind the counter were being so disrespectful towards us. If anyone going into this Walgreens you should be careful of what you do and in there. And of these two employees .

I do not know what has happened over the last few months. I used to like go to this location to fill my prescriptions. Now, you can't get a hold of anyone! They say they can't give vaccines, and refuse to answer the phone. They will also cancel your vaccine appointments, after telling you to come in. You will sit on the phone and they will pick it up to switch it back to busy. I'm assuming they must have changed thier pharmasist, or something becuase this place has really gone down hill!!!

Definitely would not recommend this place the pharmacy today was totally not professional closing the pharmacy at 1:30 and leaving people on hold and then hanging up right before lunch and then don’t re open at 2 after lunch and as a patient needing her medication cause I just had tooth extraction surgery and was in bad shape and my medication was supposed to be ready way before one like 11:30 to be exact and then to find out they just up and closed with no warning or updates was very rude and not professional definitely will be updating the pharmacy head boss cause that was not right thankfully i got my medication fill at a different pharmacy not even Walgreens cause of this experience please use caution when using this pharmacy

I schedule an appointment for a Flu vaccine for this Sunday 10/08/23. I had to wait 20 minutes in line since they only had 1 person assisting with front desk and drive thru. When was my turn Pharmacist indicated that Kaiser Permanente insurance is not accepted. That only option will be to pay for the shot and the cost will be $60+.Walgreens website has no indications of restrictions on respective insurances. Or asked for insurance details to better guide customers. It is not the best business practice to misrepresent information to customers. Clearly Walgreens Corporation does not care to provide accurate information. I strongly recommend to try a different pharmacy for your needs.

This is literally the worst pharmacy ever known to man.I’ve been unable to fill prescriptions for over a month.. I would have moved on, but it seems this Walgreens is the only place that has my medication.The head pharmacist has implemented restrictive policies that are only applicable to this location. The scariest part is how the other pharmacists will not challenge the rules and have refused to fill prescriptions from my doctor who they’ve previously vetted and know comply.

I’m being generous with one star! The pharmacy should fire everyone and start fresh starting with the head pharmacist! Don’t go here find some place that is kind yet knowledgeable. Shame on you lady pharmacist!

Terrible pharmacy. We have been waiting outside in line for thirty minutes and they never have good customer service or your prescription on time. Very rude and unmanageable workers. Avoid going here if possible go somewhere else.

*stands on soap box and takes a deep breath*This is directed at the employees who manage the pharmacy,The best good faith argument for people not getting their medications is that the system that runs said pharmacy is garbage. I believe the employees who have told me this, It's not this locations fault for having a bad system. However I will not allow the most recent event to slide. 6 days ago I filled my prescription only for it to be canceled due to a shortage. So I had the pharmacy order more. However the shortage was only a half truth because another reason was a Medicaid authorization which went through later on. This must have cancelled the shipment because I called today and was assured that the order would be fulfilled. Guess what happened when I called hours later? It was delayed because of a shortage. So now I am left with no medicine for my epilepsy. This medication keeps me from having grand mal seizures! So where do we go from here?Well Walgreens more honesty is what's needed, because I had to call my doctor to find out that it was the authorization that was causing the issue. If I had been told this earlier it would have been easier. Furthermore if I had been told today that there was still a shortage and the order could not be fulfilled I would have had time. But no. Lies, or worse misinformation.

If you or a loved one has epilepsy or another life threatening disability that is being managed by medication, please DO NOT get prescriptions filled at Walgreens. My fiancé is currently in jeopardy of losing his job, his license, and possibly even his life because the employees decided to give us and the doctors false information. I understand that a lot of employees have their hands tied and try their best in certain situations but there was so much they could've done and so much at stake here.. He is currently without medications and there is nothing that we can do with Walgreens. Please, if you can, choose a different pharmacy.

I will be going to wal greens CVS do not care about there patients they told me they would possibly have my meds today when it was filled today I'm disabled and I can't go to there store like the management suggested because they never answer there phone

I usually don't do this because people have bad days and they can be less helpful sometimes than they would be on a good day. However the pharmacy technician at this location named George refused to let me talk to anyone else in the pharmacy and said that he didn't have any bosses or manager that I could speak with for more information. He denied a hierarchy in the pharmacy and pretty much stated that he was his own boss. I hung up finally after getting nowhere with him and called again. Thankfully another technician answered and she was helpful and redirected me to a pharmacist. The pharmacist was able to help explain the situation and I was able to get my questions answered. This review is not for the entire pharmacy but it is for the pharmacy technician named George.

I'm not sure how it's possible for this store to have a low rating because I've never once had such a amazing experience,than I did today with their pharmacy. I was just about done with all Walgreens because my meds were always running out. Not here,they're super caring and you don't feel like a burden to them. It's worth the drive from fountain.
