Started at the Nevada location, was told flu shot is free, (with insurance!). Great. Thanks walgreens. They sent me to another location that would work with my insurance, (academy and carefree) and I was told they take kaiser but not for vaccines. waste of time.

This is for the pharmacy, I get your job sucks, your personal life might be bad too, but that doesn't give you the right to have shitty customer service and make mistakes on both me previous prescription refills! DO YOUR JOB, YOU'RE GETTING PAID TO DO IT. I'm tired of coming back to tell you that you messed up again, and now I gotta deal with your grumpy ass again.. just do it right the first time! FFS!

They prioritize the drive thru. I've gone here several times and there's 3-4 people doing something in the back including the pharmacist and the people inside are completely ignored while one person takes care of the drive thru and the inside line. Today they took care of 2 people at the drive thru and let another person just walk up while I waited and served them..horrible service. I guess this is Walgreens standard of care now

The pharmacy here is pretty shifty. Don't rely on the turn around times on prescriptions, they are almost never reliable and they have no qualms about changing them on a whim.

I would have left 0 stars if I could. I walked into Walgreens to pick up a prescription and was about 5th in line. I started a stop watch and waited in line for 30 minutes. The cashier Bryndon was slow and seem to need help from co workers for every customer. I have been with several pharmacies over the years and Walgreens in general have let there customer service slip. Even though it is extremely difficult to switch pharmacies I will be switching to a new pharmacy.

All I wanted to do was buy aquaphor for my skin, and the cashier asked me when he rang me out why I was buying the lotion, super personal and not a question that he should be asking customers, like are you serious that’s the attempt at small talk?

Caution. This store allows new prescriptions to be filled at the drive up window. Plenty of time to write a negative review. 25 minutes for the car in front of me. Most Walgreens will say come back in an hour so the people that already have an order filled don't have to wait an hour for 3 cars. This place truly doesn't care anymore.
