Horrible time management. Pro-tip, answer your phones. It could help decrease the amount of patients uselessly coming to your counter when meds aren't ready and they aren't being given information about them.

Worst walgreens I've ever had to deal with. Always a horrible line for meds, they never pick up the phone, and there's always something wrong. Trying to get my perspiration changed over and was told it's done you're good to go and as usual the other place has been sent nothing. This is a pattern in not just this store but others as well. Walgreens pharmacies in general have gone severely down hill but this is the worst one

This is the worst walgreens you can use. Calling they constantly just put you back on hold. Then trying to refill prescriptions they cancel it unless you do it the day yours are empty. Sometimes it takes them longer to refill them (going time without medication). Don't use this pharmacy!

Worst pharmacy ever. They never have anything in stock, they are not knowledgeable about their own supplies or procedures. The staff are cold and dismissive and offer you no other solutions to the problems they create for you.

I didn’t even get a chance to fill my prescription here before i decided that I need to have it transferred somewhere else.
1) Terrible service! I waited over an hour just to talk to someone on the phone.
2) One minute my prescription was being filled, approved by insurance and the next it’s not approved by insurance.
I understood that it would take time to get, since they had to order it. But all this wishy washy back and forth was a huge red flag and I chose to find some where else to take my meds too.
I read the reviews while I was on hold for an hour. I should have read them before.
Do not recommend at all!

Staff has been very nice when I’ve interacted in person. Two stars is because they do not answer the phone. They let it ring, or pick it up just to immediately put you back hold. I’ve been hung up on a few times after being on hold for 20ish minutes. Very very aggravating.

Was on hold longer then the time showed. Whoever at the pharmacy would just pick up the phone and put me back on hold without acknowledging the call or what I needed help with. I have yet to speak to anyone just on hold . Had to call again and put back on hold

The store doesn't have adequate staffing to assist customers. I waited over 15 minutes with no acknowledgement until another customer mentioned how I had been waiting. Several employees walked right past me to the back room though. Super frustrating visit. No fault of the one cashier that was obviously left to work alone. Management needs to learn how to schedule for coverage.

This Walgreens has the worst service. Never get called about prescriptions and call to get filled way before I get off work never done. Get here and still have to wait.

I've called THREE times total, and when they finally pick up the phone, you get placed on immediate hold without talking to anyone. I called management at store to say "Hey, do they not want the business or what?" They replied "We've talked to them about it before, we can go talk to them again." Manager TRANSFERRED the call and they still place you on Muzak. Don't waste your precious time here.

I had just attempted to fill a prescription at this Walgreens pharmacy on 9/13. I was in the ER all last night because of ongoing organ issues.. I have an infection and need my antibiotics and nausea medication asap. I came to this Walgreens because it's the closest pharmacy to the house, mistake. She said that I'd need to bring my insurance card in when it's ready, but after explaining that I'm on Medicaid, she STILL told me that I needed my card.. I wasn't trying to drive back home before getting my medicine, so I just told her I'd take my prescription to my regular pharmacy King Soopers down the road.. This stop was just a big waste of time, and if at a time critical, please make sure you have your card handy or just use a different pharmacy altogether.. No wonder I stopped using Walgreens years ago..

Received the wrong prescription twice in two months and never given an apology. Also, I've often waited several days for a prescription that was needed immediately. Have homeless sleeping in parking lot.

They say the pharmacy us open at 9 am but it's 9:10 and I am still sitting in the drive thru waiting. They lied and they need to change their times.
