The pharmacy is metaphorically a burning ship, just the difficult procedure and the asinine broken auto customer service fighting it takes to call them, I don’t want to do stuff over the phone I don’t want to jump through hoops just to talk to a tech for a very specific question I can’t blame the people there cause theres ONE tech back there trying to keep things from falling apart, it doesn’t work, Walgreens as a company needs more people back there, it’s not acceptable for me to wait 3 hours at minimum for meds in store, the more people that work there, the smoother it is and the less angry people on here

I waited 30 min in the drive through for 2 cars to go through. We were 6 cars sandwiched in and couldn’t leave so I called the store for the manager to ask what’s happening and he said he was “going to go check in everything” but I saw him through the window come back, shrug off the call, then walk back up front with a look of disgust from him and the tech at me. There was still a line behind me and in the store by the time I got my prescription. Save your time and don’t go here, it’s always been a joke on how long they take….

Worst pharmacy in town! They're still in the dial-up stages where they're faxing things over to offices that aren't even the primary care office, disregarding emails and phone calls from the patient's doctor... Don't waste your time here, go to the closest CVS; Walgreens has literally put their heads where the sun doesn't shine.

Don’t fill any prescriptions here. They are always out of medication and it takes forever to order and then whenever they decide they temporarily close with no notice and their patients are just SOL. Worst place.

Rarely use the pharmacy but the store employees are great and quick. Went to checkout and the cashier lady informed me they had 3 for 2 on the Arizona tea. Saved me money!

If there was a zero star option I would give the pharmacy this. After waiting for over 20 mins just to be helped. They turned me away and said they were unable to fill my son’s prescription. They still had 15 mins until close. I was aghast that they would do that. It was a simple bottle of augmentin that is already pre-counted and all they needed to do was print a label and slap a label on the already counted bottle and verify they grabbed the correct dose. Instead she told me that they couldn’t do anything for me and are unable to take 2 mins to fill the script. Again they still have 15 mins left in there day. And now my son just gets to fill like crap for another day or who knows how long based upon the inept ability of the pharmacist and technicians that work at this location. I will never give another dime of my hard earned money to Walgreens ever again. Oh and the best part was when the tech turned me away, she claimed I could just go to the Rangewood location that is opened until midnight. News flash they are closed on Sundays as well. Something she should have known. Freaking ridiculous.

Pharmacy is so terrible they don’t know how to talk to customers,deleted my prescription then said they were not at fault. Worst service for a pharmacy I have ever seen , the worker were zero help by side , not being professional what so ever really need new pharmacists

Brenda and all the pharmacy team there are inept. They will lie to you about fill times and always make you come back. They talk about triple digits, as in they filled over 100 prescriptions on that day, though I find that hard to believe. The only thing they're on time for is going to lunch. Absolutely horrible.

***BEWARE**** if you want to be treated like a human don't go here!!! They treat you like you're the scum of the earth. This is probably the worst Walgreens in the Springs. If you value your sanity then stay away from this store. Yuck!! You would think with all the money we spend they could hire better staff. Gross ?!!!

For starters the ONLY reason I gave it 2 stars is that the cashiers are always courteous and helpful.The pharmacy could take a lesson from them.I turned in 2 prescriptions a week ago. Then I waited. And waited. And...waited. No word, no message, absolutely nothing. Finally I called in and after waiting probably 10 minutes, got someone in the pharmacy. When I asked I was told that they had faxed my 2 doctors offices three times and had not received a reply. I called both of my doctors and both told me that they had heard nothing from Walgreens concerning my meds. They both said they would send the prescriptions to the pharmacy.Then I get a voice-mail from Walgreens saying one or more of my prescriptions had been filled or was denied. What does that that even mean?I went there today and sure enough only one was there. I asked the person if they would fax the doctor's office to get my other one and she literally smirked at me and said she had did it while we were talking.That was it for me. Meds are not something to be jacked around with, let alone getting some kind of condescending smirk from the pharmacist. Just about DONE with them.

This pharmacy will tell you one thing and do another. i was told yesterday at 3:00 it was going to take a couple hours to get my prescription filled because they were behind. The pharmacy is open until 9pm and I never heard anything back. i went in today at 11 to pick up my prescription only yo be told it wasn't ready yet and it "might be" later this afternoon as shes chuckling. My prescription was submitted to them 2 weeks ago, so I'm not pressing them on something they just got. I would recommend finding a different pharmacy, this one seems to have over a 2 week backlog.
