Came twice to get my or a family member prescription they always give me a hard time no matter what. And they open on time.

No wonder Walgreens are closing everywhere. I went in for a vaccine.
Employees don’t have the support, training or tools to provide good service. Because customers are upset, employees are frustrated, unhelpful, and fairly rude. Forget about anything happening in a timely manner. Waited 30 minutes for an appt I scheduled days in advance. After waiting that long, I asked what was up. They told me to check in, before realizing I was already checked in. Maybe could’ve looked before I asked instead of blaming me for not checking me in. And then literally another 30 min while they got their act together and “helped” numerous people who rolled in.
I did get to watch drama unfold with several other customers who either spent a ridiculous amount of time waiting, who were just denied service, or who had questions that employees wouldn’t actually help with… “you could try google..” and “I would do that for you but it’s a nightmare.”
The pharmacist gave me the vaccine, and he was very kind; he earned the second star.
Apologies mean absolutely nothing when that’s all you get.
I was going to shop in the store after, but didn’t and won’t because Walgreens doesn’t deserve or apparently want my business.

Today the manager of this store refused to let a young man, maybe 18 return perfume he bought. He had receipt but forgot his ID. I offer my ID so this young man could get his money back. The management clearly had a subject decision to make, and chose not to help. I asked him why he said government regulations, really over perfume. It is people like this that do not offer help that affects us all in life. So simple people just lend a hand when you can. I left my purchase on counter and left out of principle.

The pharmacy technician is rude every time we go in to pick up refills. She’s just a miserable person. We are transferring our medication to another pharmacy.

I can't handle how incompetent and rude the pharmacy department is.
I literally called 4 times because I have a script that needs to be filled.
The first call, I was on hold for over half an hour and was never connected to anyone.
The second time, I was on hold for over 35 minutes before I heard someone pick up and then immediately hang up on me.
The third call, I was speaking to a seemingly nice pharmacy tech who apologized for the wait. I told her about the issue I had with having my script filled, and the notification asked me to contact the pharmacy. She asked me if she could place me on hold. After several minutes, no one came onto the line, but it sounded like I was being transferred. I heard ringing or the next 7 minutes and no option to leave a message.
The fourth call I made, I was once again asked to be placed on hold when I said this was now my 4th time calling. I was asked if the pharmacist could just "give me a call back," which is really upsetting because I don't believe I'm going to receive a call back. I even asked the pharmacy tech if she needed my number or even knew who I was? Click.
I'm really upset. I tried even calling back a 5th time, but this time, the auto menu would only give me the option to speak to a store manager.
This is ridiculous.
WOW. I just got a call back at this very moment. I answered the phone, and the person on the other end hung up immediately. Again.
I'm now on call number 6 and on hold as I finish this review.

I just had the pleasure of the most wonderful sales associate, Wendy, helping me this morning with a hair color issue. She showed me options that I was searching for but also reassured me that it really wasn’t as bad as I thought. Such a friendly and caring person! Walgreens is my new place to shop thanks to her !

This Walgreens is probably one of the worst in the city. Literally I have called the pharmacy 3 times in the past month, during regular pharmacy hours and the pharmacy is closed because of whatever reason (not lunch time). Another day I called and I was told they would not have a pharmacist on Saturday so it would be closed. Walgreens should close this store. Look at it's ratings. Terrible. Rude staff. It's a bummer to deal with.
I'm addition, whenever I refill on the automated system or on the app, the pharmacy never gets the request. What good does it do to even have these services if nothing works? Unbelievable.

This store is LITERALLY a danger to this community. DO NOT have your prescription sent here if it is medically necessary. On MANY random occasions, they just close shop for the entire day, no forewarning, Walgreens provides no backup pharmacist to cover for the main one and today was the last day for me. I can't believe that I was foolish enough to have my kid's EPIPEN script sent to you. Also, keep in mind, some Rx can't be transferred to other pharmacies...what happens then? "Whoopsie daisy, sorry buddy. Good luck to ya...". I've been going here since 2014 and I NEVER see the same pharmacy staff there for more than a month. It's an ever revolving door of new faces. Something is TERRIBLY wrong with this store. Walgreens needs to vacate this spot post-haste and let a more responsible company occupy the building. You have failed this community in more ways than one (we all know I'm talking about...) Please, just do the right and leave our community. Please!

The manager, Crystal Ishmael, was having inappropriate relations with Joshua Johnson before the time of Riley’s murder. According to KKTV, Ishmael lied to the police about having any romantic involvement with her employee but Josh later admitted to it during a mirandized interview. FIRE THE MANAGERS!!!!! It’s no wonder they didn’t protect Riley.

Tried to order online to pick up in the store but it didn’t go through. The store is ridiculously expensive, but I went there because of the selection of cold medicine and a location convenient to me. Why in the world isn’t the pharmacy open on Sunday? This is so anachronistic!

If I could give it zero Stars I would. I got a printing job done, but the paper was inconsistent throughout the pages were in the wrong order even though I double-checked when I uploaded it in the beginning. Even the person who was helping me told me not to use them again for printing because they suck at it. I try not to leave bad reviews often but this was the worst. Also I asked for it to be with a cover and they said they called me to tell me that they didn't have it... I would've just cancelled if I knew they didn't have the right stuff. I then got something that was on clearance and she asked me what the price was... She told me I can go look for the price... Like the actual worst
