Literally the WORST in EVERY way, especially the pharmacy manager Emily it’s not hard to see why these stores are shutting down quickly NO ONE is in charge from the top.

Cosmetic counter area is always a mess. Items are hard to find throughout the store. Nice people though.

The pharmacist is horrible here. I wish I remembered her name. They are condescending and have an attitude if you ask them to do their jobs like answer questions about medications. Go here if you want to spend 10 minutes being talked down to so the pharmacist can feel better about herself.

Why don't customers at the window go inside when they have a problem? Customers have long lines that don't move, at this Walgreens.

So rude and unprofessional. They have no idea what they are doing at this location. I called to fill a prescription refill at 9am. Went there at 2:30 and they said there was a problem with an insurance code but they fixed it and it would take a few hours to fill. Tried calling but was on hold for a long time so I showed up at 7:30 pm. Long story short after I told them what I went through they said wait 30 minutes and we will fill it. Lost is the only word to describe this pharmacy

I waited over a week to get a steroid inhaler I need to breathe. This nearly resulted in hospitalization due to a steroid withdrawal effecting my heart condition. I tried to get it filled sooner and the female rep told me to call back in a week. At the point I did refill it, my drs office did not receive any prior authorizations sent from them, despite the fact that I had been told by Walgreens that they did. Then when the insurance finally agreed to cover it the pharmacist told my insurance company that they were out of the inhaler. This was merely a few hours after a female pharmacist at this location told me they had one ( they specially ordered the inhaler when I refilled my script, but did not send my dr a prior authorization request to my insurance). Mind you this woman also was extremely rude, asking “well what do you want me to do so we can get through our day?” Getting this prescription took over 20 hours of phone calls to get. I empathize with large companies like this being very understaffed and undervalued by the compote work for. But if you need medications to survive day to day, chronic conditions or acute illness, know that this pharmacy will likely not work with you or meet your needs before it is detrimental to your health.

I didn't know, nor did I care, about the financial situation of the customer in front of me. What I do know was that she needed help. I asked the cashier how much it was and he basically shook his head at me to leave it. He voided her transaction greeted me and pushed aside her remaining items in the counter. I asked a second time, what she was short, he said it was a lot of stuff and basically told me again that it wasn’t needed, so I asked her if it was ok for me to buy her items that were on the counter; milk, diapers, toilet paper etc. She was grateful, and I wished her well, and in what was a pleasant experience all I could focus on was this cashiers insistence on blocking someone’s blessings. I hope you’re never in need of help.

I've been a customer within the Barnes/Tutt pharmacy for a few months, and have been very impressed with the care I have received. Even when there's difficulty with availability, (because the makers of mt medication has created such a shortage.) The pharmacy workers don't just respond with, "I'm sorry, we can't help you right now.," They responded to me; "Allow me to check other options." She called many other stores for me, without me asking. She explained partial refills, even suggesting phoning my Doctor for the higher milligrams and cutting them in half!! All of this together, and more, seem very above and beyond what I would "expect" in attempts to help me. Making me feel well taken care of, heard and cared for! The pharmacy seems like exhaustive work with not very little appreciation. I appreciate you!! Thank you Walgreens Pharmacy!

Kind (and busy) staff. They still took the time to answer my question and offer a solution even though they didn’t have one themselves.

Pharmacy drive-thru constantly backed up blocking access to parking spots, the shopping center with the salon, and even entrance from the main road. They really need to set up some sort of traffic control around the building as this is getting ridiculous.
Update 9/9/2024
Still haven't fixed their traffic issues. Would be nice if the lazy able-bodied people would get off their duffs and stop blocking the parking lot entrance.

This Walgreens location is completely incompetent. I went in for a scheduled COVID and Flu test on Friday and after waiting for 30 minutes the Pharmacy employee told me to go through the drive through. I went through the drive through and paid and was told to go back inside and wait. I paid for the rapid test and by Sunday I had still not received any correspondence. I went in on Sunday to fill a prescription and they weren't open and had a note saying they're opening at a time different than what their website says. I went back once they were open and got my prescriptions. They gave me an extra prescription which was previously filled and had no refills (obviously a violation). I asked about the COVID test and they completely lost it. I asked for a refund but was only given the option for store credit. Already annoyed I accepted and attempted to use it only to find that I can only purchase certain items with the store credit. I will no longer use Walgreens for anything. Filling prescriptions is always a nightmare and super long wait with understaffed and incompetent employees.

I was here today to get some prescriptions filled after an urgent care visit. The pharmacist (Jenny) was phenomenal!!!
I am a disabled veteran and Jenny spent what I guess to be over two hours on the phone trying to get my meds covered by the VA... She was able to successfully navigate the convoluted system, being bounced between numbers (call this number, no call this one) no one was helping her... FINALLY she tracked down a number and got someone on the phone to authorize payment for the meds I needed!!!
Her patience, diligence and determination was awe inspiring... This was Customer Service AT ITS BEST!!!
I APPRECIATE YOU JENNY!!!!
