I went there to have 2 copies of wallet sized photos printed and staff were just standing there gossiping. I saw my pictures come out of the printer and when asked if I can take my photos, I was told that it is not ready and they have not gotten my ticket yet. I think Walmart need to train their staff properly.

I hate to give bad reviews - I'm furious. The photo machine is currently down, (for who knows how long) but I ordered 1 hr photo yesterday, went into to store to pick up and was told the situation. Which is not necessarily a problem - as it happens. What is a problem is that the customer service in the photo department today want to hang up on customers - over 3 times until I called the store and talked with a wonderful cashier who explained the situation nd actually apologized. Her name is Michelle and she's the only reason I gave 1 star! She explained the situation and has great customer service skills. Just answer, explain the situation and be COOL! Thanks Michelle - I was literally NEVER to step foot in your WALMART again. I will cancel my order, never order from that photo center again and re-order somewhere else. Whoever is currently the manager of the photo center needs to fire some folks - or maybe be fired themselves. Unacceptable to treat customers this way. Just handle it - explain to your employees answering the phone is a must. Worst customer service ever.

I print a lot of photos here and I’ve not once had a good experience. They have cut my photos in half or left big strips of white attached. Sometimes they email and say they’re ready for pickup and when I arrive, they haven’t even printed them yet. This last time I guess there was an error with a picture I uploaded. But the website didn’t notify me, nor did the photo technicians when I showed up to pay for the pictures. When I got home they had actually printed an “error” photo and put them into my envelope (along with someone else’s receipt.) When I went back to ask what happened, they remembered me and tried to blame me for the error saying I uploaded the “error” photo myself.I told them they need to fix the website or notify the customer of a possible problem instead of purposely putting defective product in and making me pay for it.Absolutely the most unprofessional photo center I’ve ever seen.

Justin in electronics was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure I got my prints in a timely manner and my order was correct. So friendly and helpful!
