One star is the lowest it would go or I would give less!!! I was issued a check by the State of Colorado who apparently banks with Wells Fargo. so I go out of my way to go to their bank and then they tell me they are going to charge me for some type of convenience charge!!! Nothing about this is convenient!

Horrible bank, the manager that is there wasn't a help on she blew it off on 2/13/2024. A teller just shredded up a check stating it was fraudulent, before contacting the owner of the check, the owner was in shock. Bank elsewhere, this location needs people that know what they are doing.

I’m a Wells Fargo customer. This branch manager lied to my customer who I wrote a check to and said there was insufficient funds, when there was more than enough to cover the check.I called he then lied to me and said he couldn’t cash it because there was an alert on my account.I verified through the main customer service line I had sufficient funds and there was no alert on my account.THIS BRANCH IS A JOKE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I WILL BE PURSUING LEGAL ACTION.

I made An appointment on their website to open an account In branch And they had me sitting There for more than thirty minutes before I just walked out.. waste of time losing money being off work.

They say they open at 9. They dont. Dark, closed, no one there at all. If bankers' hours weren't ridiculous enough, they don't even show up on time to open this branch.

I'm leaving this bank after more than 20 years as a customer. They told me to get a specific type of check for a moving expense to protect me from fraud. I was in deed hit with fraud and now Wells Fargo will do nothing to help me get my money back. I've spoken to now 18 different representative and been told 18 different answers and ways to handle this. I can't run fast or far enough away from Wells Fargo and I urge you to do the same!

My wife and I came here because our lawyer advised us to come to any branch due to a family members death. Our lawyer gave us a case number and said the death certificate is on file and wouldn’t need to be present. The teller referred us to Josie, after we explained to her our lawyer gave us a case number and said the death certificate is on file she advised us it’s not possible and we would need a physical copy, the words I remember her saying were absolutely not even when I asked if she could check if there was a death certificate on file. After questioning her more and showing her the email from our lawyer she stated she can contact The Estate department which she did and they confirmed the death certificate is on file and no physical copy is needed.To make matters worse while we were waiting on hold for the estate department Josie had the nerve to make a comment that the deceased person died very young while mentioning their age. Not really something professional to say to someone especially when you don’t know how to do your job. My wife and I felt profiled

Wells Fargo is the worst bank you could possibly bank with. Make sure you have extra money set aside for all the fees they charge.
