Everything is closed on Saturdays. Inside and the drive through. Basically impossible for a working person to have access to the bank.

Literally deleted my last one star review just so I could review again. Not only do they give me a different answer every week regarding their new policies but I came in with a check on Saturday to cash and deposit and they said “sorry, since your wife’s name is here too you have to have her signature on the check unless you have a joint account then you’d be fine” no worries. I get it. Come back with her signature Monday and they say “oh no sorry since you don’t have a joint account she HAS to be HERE IN PERSON” when I explained that’s literally impossible because of our schedules he just said sorry, when i asked why i was told something different on Saturday he said he probably was talking about a different policy. I PROMISE you he wasn’t. I know what i ask :/ This bank is seriously so confusing and I waste so much time and gas with how many different answers I get.

These humans never answer the phone, someone "bankers at this branch " aren't ever available to perform this ?☎️activity. Someone(customer) is always yelling or complaining at the staff when I come in person. Guess they manage to get their customers angry, I've heard things like deposits not showing on people's bank accounts to money missing?? I am new so I don't think I will be sticking around

I love this bank! There’s a closer one to my house but I drive a little further so I can go here. Not only does Marilyn always recognize me, she remembers that my daughter asks for a lollipop and now I don’t even ask for it because she has one ready to give. Everyone here is so kind and helpful, especially Marilyn.

Shiane, the banker I worked with today to wire some money, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to fit my impromptu arrival in to her schedule, which saved me an additional trip the next day. Fantastic customer service!

I do not have an account at Wells Fargo but I spoke with the location manager for the Research and Union location in Colorado Springs today. She was incredibly helpful and researched a question I had and called me back incredibly fast with a response.

They Advertise on their website 5.49% on a personal loan. After you fill out the application they present you with a 16% interest rate based on credit score, loan amount and more. My credit rating is 813. Wells Fargo is a waste of my time
