Will not allow you to deposit money into your own account without an ID. I didn't realize my debit card expired so I couldn't use the ATM and even though they found my account they wouldn't take my money.

Wells Fargo decided it was a good idea to remove their ATM from their outside drive through and put it inside. This is already a nuisance but today I went to deposit some cash into the ATM and there was a homeless person inside harassing me. Thanks for NOT creating a safe and convenient way to deposit cash. Seriously considering switching banks.

Riley was so helpful and thorough with my transaction today. Plus, the lobby was clean and there wasn’t a long line when I walked in. I’ll definitely be back to this Wells Fargo!

The saga of ATM and lack of convenience here is astounding. I’ve lived on this side of town for a while now and this ATM has always had problems, they upgraded it and put the big concrete bars across it then one day it’s just gone. No sign, no alternative since Wells Fargo charges RIDICULOUS fees if you use a non Wells Fargo atm, and no explanation. Assuming this is another push to eliminate cash as I consistently run into Wells Fargo locations that have no 24 hour atm at all forcing me to pay more to use another banks.

I’m 2023, as consumer and business trends across all industries are driving toward automation and self-service, I’d like to know whose asinine decision it was to remove the drive-up ATM and drive-up windows at this location. I have shifted most of my banking to a local credit union already, but this is the final nail in the coffin. As soon as I can finish transitioning my finances I’m done with Wells Fargo.

They changed something I have been doing for nearly 2 years - locking me out of transferring between my business accounts - customer service 800 # was no help, they couldn't even do the transfer, told me to go to branch. I already paid bills with the account so needed money in it asap - they never told me they were removing that feature either. Went into branch, put in cash so my ACH payments wouldn't bounce while I waited for my appointment to get it looked at (spoiler, they couldn't fix it). Then I look at my statement and they charge me $45 cash deposit fee. Welp, time to go somewhere else. That's just shameful.

Website said they are open Saturday and they are closed. Hand written (scribbled) note on the door said closed on Saturday's, looks like it was written by a two year old. All 1 star reviews, they need management.

Only one teller is open . When a big line began to form, a lady started asking people in line what they were there for.She then told me to use the ATM for deposits . I told her that it would be fine if I had a small check, but I had a big check to deposit, and I wanted to give it to a person. She then stood there watching everyone in line . HOW BOUT OPEN ANOTHER WINDOW! I avoid coming here to do business, and you should, too.

I never had a bad experience. I also like how they say your name like they know who you over a long period of time. Also I have a few accounts with them and I come in with paint stains on my sweat pants and a ball cap on and some really old dirty yard work boots. Every time they ask to help politely and they try to help with my kids account which I just never remember the #'s.

Rude and take forever to make a simple deposit. No one working drive-thru. Waited for someone to come and help then said she's helping someone else and it will be a minute. Don't recommend Wells Fargo at all.
