Well I started my bank account back in December and I have never had worse service. Why? Well to begin with most of their bank staff are extremely rude and when they mess up you have to fight with them for them to fix it. Also all they can do is take money out and in unless an appoin is made which is only like 10:00 and 11:00. When you do go they pretty much say screw you figure it out. There is 1 nice guy he deserves better. I had fraud on my account and they did an investigation claim and they said 5-10 business days. Well fast forward 2 months my mom got the call and they said it had been resolved, turns out they hadn't even opened the claim or investigated it. So my mom and I called and they insisted to talk to me, now I'm 14 talking to a minor is a federal crime. So my mom was like ok..... and gave me the phone this happened with 5 or 6 bankers. My mom had them when she was I. High school and someone had her social security and bank account information and she completely got screwed and she had to restart with everything. My step dad had a financial issue with them and one of the bank people she was a blondy messed up he had to call them and because it was their fault they wanted him to pay and he didn't because it was their mistake. He then fight them for a week before this problem was resolved. They mess up your paperwork and everything then you have to fight them for 2 months to a year before it's fixed. I have had a horrible time and am now going to use ENT now so if you want to get screwed over be their guest but don't cry when this happens. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

This review is to complement the Morgan (Relationship Banker) at the Prominent Point location in Colorado Springs. His outstanding customer service skills, great problem solving skills has made me to continue doing business with Wells Fargo for the last 13 years. I also want to thank Riley (teller) in that bank for being so helpful every time I go to the bank to take care of different transactions I have made with them. Thank you so much! They’ve removed the atm…no sign, just an empty spot where it used to be.

I never had a bad experience. I also like how they say your name like they know who you over a long period of time. Also I have a few accounts with them and I come in with paint stains on my sweat pants and a ball cap on and some really old dirty yard work boots. Every time they ask to help politely and they try to help with my kids account which I just never remember the #'s.

Wells Fargo as a bank has gone down hill since covid. This branch specifically however is so horrible. The tellers are rude (specifically the blonde one) the male manager is beyond unprofessional until he is forced to be kind. The teller incorrectly deposited my bond (5 instead of 500) When i asked her is she was sure she said yea and gave me an ugly look. I had to come back the next day and wait almost 2 hours while they fixed her mistake. When i walk in she and the male manager were so rude she didn't want to let me speak to a banker as if that's up to her. She said she did everything right then the manager yelled at me and after they realized they had made a huge mistake their whole demeanor changed all of a sudden it's I'm sorry ma'am. No she should have apologized but instead she's laughing as if i won't come back. I honestly would tell everyone to leave Wells Fargo because they treat you how THEY feel they should. My dad walks in (looking like he has money) and they treat him much differently then me. It's just so ugly to be treated like you don't deserve to bank there when you're only there because the blonde teller doesn't understand bonds or how to deposit money. And i hope she reads this because she sucks.

I'm not sure what the problem is with this branch but they are extremely lacking in customer service and don't know how to do their job. They refuse to take deposits that have deposit slips because we have a deposit card, even though you can go to a different branch and they will accept it. They refuse to take night drops. They never have more than two people working the teller line and the women behind the desk refuse to jump on and help. And to top it off this location is arrogant enough to call your boss and do anything they can to provide a lack of service and be as unhelpful as possible. If you have to have your business go through Wells Fargo avoid this location until they restaff. Simple deposits and change orders are impossible. Have never had a problem at any other branch or with any other bank.

I rate this place a 1 Star, I'm a Wells Fargo member and I know for a fact these people will hate you, here's the story: I had just gotten off of work, I asked one teller if they had any restrooms in the bank, she said "no" two Hispanics were in front of me and she did EVERYTHING she could to help them. Here I am with my cash card needing to transfer money into my account, she asked me for my driver's liscense, which I already told her that this card has been approved. She then, did a quick once when I told her my pay stub was emailed me in the form of the cash card. She told me quickly that my card was declined and the whole "And I can only do it for one day" so then I said "What's with you people!" She gave me back my driver's liscense and I stormed off, this bank is Politically Correct and hates white males especially if you show up wearing a shirt they find "offensive" in the backs of their minds. Especially if you wear a Gun Parts shirt, it's Colorado, for crying out loud.

You get a one star because your customer service is lacking, inefficient and not the best IAW what I'm used to with Chase bank. I'm considering closing my account. Really 1 teller for a line of 7 people? And no access to public rest rooms in your building? Unacceptable!

I'm not 100% sure if this is the right location, but if it is, you'll be here for a while. Every time I come to this bank there's always a long line, but the staff are all friendly. I spend almost my whole lunch break here (my lunch is an hour).

I was one of those people who got ripped off by Wells Fargo. The people at this Wells Fargo were dishonest and greedy. I got pressured by a guy who worked there, I think his name was Daniel. I had an account I never used and didn't want and would get fined for not using it. I finally had to change banks.
