Every time I try to call to speak to the branch they forward me to the customer service line without at least picking up to say they are busy.

Would be nice if the drive thu ATM ever actually worked. I don't think I've ever seen it fully functional.

Tried calling the branch at Powers and Constitution several times and never got anyone to answer the phone. Call rolled over to a message stating to make an appointment with a banker. All I wanted was to ask if wells fargo has safe deposit boxes at that location and what the costs would be. Seems like a waste of a bankers time to have to meet with them in person just to ask a question. On top of that I'm expected to take time out of my day and drive to your location for something that could be handled over the phone. Oh well, guess customer service is a concept that is foreign to wells fargo.

The customer service is a -10. I never seen anybody seen they don't. Business I go in to see a banker and they sent me to a teller and she can't do nothing. Make an appointment online and it doesn't work and they want to call the national phone number. They say sometimes they just horrible I go to the bank and get treated better. My plan is to remove my retirements and then go in and ask for $400 in cash. Then it's my turn to j*** them around.

I think this is my first 1-star review. I had an appointment set up with my family here. We were made to wait for a while before being called in - only to be told by Sam Ferber that 30 minutes was not enough time to help us. He sent us away, and we rescheduled another appointment with another Well's Fargo Bank on Academy Blvd and Union. The very nice employee there took care of us in less than 30 minutes and had us on our way. My only guess is that Sam had other, more "important" customers to deal with and wanted to get rid of us since we were closing an account. I certainly hope this was not a decision based on commission.

I made an appointment with a "Personal Banker" online for this branch. I arrived early, told them I was there and waited. The banker, Sam Ferber, walked over and took someone else before us. Then came over and got us 15 minutes into our allotted time. He then proceed to talk about how he accidently took the wrong person and kept apologizing to us. He then wandered off for another 10 minutes, came back and told us he did not have enough time to help us. He said he was only given 30 minutes to help us and he needed more time even though he had wasted our entire 30 minutes himself. He told us we had to leave because he had another appointment after us. I am 68 years old and I have never been treated like that in a bank. I never leave bad reviews but in this case I decided to make an exception. Avoid this branch of Wells Fargo, they have major management problems in my opinion.

Arrived on time for appointment, and waited half an hour for the banker to finally tell us that he couldn't help us because he had another appointment coming up. Bad customer service.

Had an appointment and waited over 30 minutes for it. I told a teller when I arrived that I had an appt who sent an email to the bankers. After over 30 min pass by I approach her again and she didn’t realize a banker didn’t already help me. She ended up pulling the manager to help me. It took almost 45 min past my appt time to be helped. Someone should at least be acknowledging customers to let us know if they can’t help us on time. Other people in the lobby waiting for appts also were upset that we all had appts and no one was checking on us. Giving two stars since I got done what I needed but just highly disappointed since WF usually has excellent service.

Been a Wells Fargo customer for nearly 15 years and their money transfer service with Zelle is an absolute joke. Wells Fargo says it’s a Zelle problem, Zelle says it’s a Wells Fargo problem. It should not be this difficult to transfer money from my mom’s Wells Fargo account to mine. Not to mention no one from an outside bank can transfer money to my acct either, we have to use PayPal instead. I’m extremely frustrated.

Sitting in drive through for 15 minutes so far with three people only in line for all lanes total. Even if there is only one drive through teller things should move faster than this. All lights outside are red showing lanes are closed but finally the container went down the tube for one customer.

If you like long wait times then this is the bank location for you. 15-30 minute wait every single time you walk into that building.
